Didn’t have the car I needed when I called for an inventory check, but was able to locate what I’m looking for from a yard in Wyoming. Guy on the phone was helpful and said I can get what I need pulled and shipped over from there as they send trucks between yards every weekday. (Might have to call a few times, but when they answer the inventory check is worthwhile for sure)

Great customer service.. Very polite.. I have previously heard that there were some negative encounters here... However my experience was extremely Pleasant... I have called ahead of time over the phone to ask for a part which they had... They reserved the part for me... I was able to come into the office and pick it up in a quick fashion.. Very pleased with my experience... If i need something in the future they 100 percent have my business... Also today I learned that if they do not have your part they have sister stores with which they work and they will look it up online and you can pick up a different junkyard in the Denver metro area you can also get a price online

We were able to find a tire and rim for our (very hard to find parts for) car. Steve was awesome! Price was much lower than expected. I'll definitely be returning here and recommending them to others.

I packed up a tranfer case and I didn't need it after all. I took it back and they changed me $60 to give me a refund and said his guys don't work for free yes his guy put it in my truck but steve was passed that I was bringing something back making me wait for a long time so I TOOK IT OUT OF MYSELF then I had to wait 7 days to get a check my refund no wonder why this place has a bad rating it not worth 1 start

I called Bone yard Salvage yard to purchase a Abs Module for my Escape Hybrid. I spoke with Steve and after giving him my vin he assured me that he had one for my vehicle which is key because these vehicles unlike most have different versions of the same part for the same exact vehicle based on the vin, so the same m escape hybrid assembly would work for one but not another. I was assured that this one would work for my specific vehicle and that they could ship it to me. I made sure to ask as many questions as I could about warranty and returns because this was my first time purchasing a part unseen from a company I didn't know, that was on the other side of the country online without having a third party like Amazon or Ebay that would step in and hold the business accountable. Upon being told it was the right part, and could return the part if it didn't work or wasn't the right part but, I would just have to pay the shipping fee to return it, even though Steve after I asked many questions about different scenarios to make sure I covered all points to get my money back if it wasn't right and he said he really didn't want to do the deal we agreed to those terms because I thought maybe I was just paranoid and looking at worst case scenario. So they ship the part to me and I notice that the numbers on both parts of the assembly didn't match mine so I called Steve again and he assured me this part would work and I just needed to install it. Being skeptical I called 3 different local dealership parts thatdepartment, 3 local salvage yards that did not have the part or even vehicle in stock and they all agreed including the shop that was going to install my part that it would not work for my vehicle. I called Steve again and he said they were all idiots and it would work, not trusting that I returned it and he said ok. Only after receiving it he gave me $ back $50 short of the agreed amount and said he never wanted to do it and since he now had both my money and part I couldn't do anything but only report them to the bbb,i really hope the owner reads this and makes chan.ges and right this wrong

I work for a very large corporation and sometime we need to help our customers find more cost effective parts. This is not the place to go. I called to verify that they had a part-they said that they had it but it would cost more than the part to deliver it. He was extremely rude, like I was the largest inconvenience he's ever encountered. Okay. Not a problem, people have bad days and I get not wanting to deliver. However, when I send my tech to pick it up-they told him that they both had the same name so that no one could be held responsible for not having the part that they said they had. Even then, cool-mistakes happen. But seriously there is never any need to be that rude to any customer. They refused to even look for him and blew him off. Really unprofessional!

Picked up a core motor turned over fine cylinder walls looked okay but definitely a hole in the side of the block. I was told it was a fuel problem couldn't really see the hole tell I pulled the dipstick out of the way it was $250 hopefully I can get my money back out of it.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and parts. They claim to test electronic parts but clearly do not. As the part I purchased is faulty as well. They also won't give your money back. So, no refunds, on bad parts. So not only am I out the labor of installing the broken part. I'm also out the part. $400 plus loss for nothing. Thanks Boneyard for the everything. Congrats for your poorly run business.

I own a small dealership in the metro area. I always call and order parts from these guys. Sometimes they don't have the parts but they'll try to find them. Tim is a good guy and I always speak to him.
- CCat Roberson
They gave me the wrong part, then told me that they would have the alright one the next day. OK. So I waited. The next day came, and they said it would be until Monday. After I threatened the managers job, he offered to come to me to try and get the part working. I've been broke down for a week now with no heat for my kids in a city I know nothing about.

These people are crooks. They sold me the wrong part and when I tried to return it not only did they refuse, despite my return meeting their guidelines, the man working there threatened me. I buy parts from every salvage yard in town, trust me, there is no reason to waste your time with these third rate scumbags.

This place has always been fair with me and I will always welcome people to come and spend time and money with them. They will go over and beyond the call of duty to extend a hand to help you. I thank God for the lovely spirit in then. Love in action.
- LLyle Jackson
Looked up a part, said they had it and the address, drive 30 min to get there, then they say it's at their other yard 40 miles away. In addition, the guy was rude, arrogant, and clearly could care less he just wasted an hour of my day because he listed his parts in the wrong location!

Just talked to Tim. Super nice. He doesn't have what I need but is keeping an eye out for me. I will be looking forward to talking to him next week.
- RRosy Marquez
Terrible service! Purchased part that was defective and they refused to help. Worst service should have read some of the reviews. They have a 2.7 rating for a reason and it should be a 1 star.
