I hired Bros Hauling to clear out my mothers home after her passing. They were quick to answer my call, provide me an estimate via pictures, and quick to schedule me in. Brian and Ashley came out to the property on-time and worked diligently until all items had been removed. I believe over the course of three days as more junk was accumulated they hauled off four full loads. While I do not live in the area myself, I would continue to hire them if I could. Thank you

Ordered a 20 yard dumpster a week in advance. Was told it would be delivered Monday. Got a call back the next day and was told they are busy Monday but they’ll make a special delivery that Sunday. No dumpster showed up and no courtesy call was given. Called Monday morning to make sure I’m still getting a dumpster and they said yes it should be there around noon. No dumpster showed and again I received no courtesy call from them. Called at 4:50 pm that same day and they said oh sorry the truck broke down it will be there tomorrow. I had to call them to get that important piece of information. I get a call from them Tuesday morning at 8:53 saying it will be there in an hour. Here it is after 12 and still no dumpster.I understand with a pandemic that operations will not always operate as smoothly as normal, but don’t give me numerous times and dates and miss them all and FAIL TO CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW!!! I’m on a strict time schedule and now I have to pay for a dumpster and let it sit here for a week not being utilized until this weekend when I have to now make an unplanned 2 hour trip back here to throw away the trash and junk so I can sell my mother’s house. If they would have just kept me in the in the loop then I would have given them 2 stars. bros hauling is a local company in Cali. This website is a fake that calls local companies in your area and sets up whatever you wanted and then jacks up the price. Save yourself time and money and find someone local yourself.

Not sure about the other reviewers, but I hired Bros Hauling here locally in Woodland CA and they were local to the area. I actually found them on Yelp. They ended up clearing out some demo debris (wood/drywall/boxes/plastic/carpet and padding).They arrived on time, did the job quickly, cleaned up the site, and were able to accept credit card so that was helpful. Will definitely be hiring for more jobs as needed.

Rude! I wanted to get an estimate based on the volume of what I had. I knew it would be about the size of a pickup truck bed's worth. The gentleman said he would come by and take a look at the pile (which wasn't created yet). While I was trying to explain that it wasn't pulled together and if I couldn't get an estimate prior to me putting it on the curve I would have to just rent a truck, he hung up on me.

THIS IS NOT a company!! FALSE advertising! This is that site called Home Advisor that has created it's own phoney company websites so you contact them and go through them. They then contact local people in your area and have them call you! So all the stuff they say they do is NOT through one company!
