    Would give 0.00 stars if I could. Purchased a front end assembly from this company. They charged a 3% credit card fee, sent us the wrong item and then REFUSED to credit us back the fee. I was told to call their merchant who in turn told me it's all them. Do not uphold their own return policies.

    There are literally dozens of used parts locations in San Antonio (especially in this area), but Brother's is my "go-to" without a doubt. The front differential carrier on my 2008 Chevy Tahoe was toast, so using their online inventory system I was able to source the exact model to replace it with. Knowing that inventory sometimes is not the easiest to keep up with, Brother's was very accurate, and they had everything ready to go for me when I arrived. On top of that, they have very competitive pricing, A very knowledgeable and helpful team of sales men & women, and a core program that clearly stated customers have 30 days to return a core if in order to receive a core reimbursement. Unfortunately, days after I had purchased the differential I was hit by a drunk driver while riding my bicycle and broke my leg. Because I was in a cast for a few weeks, it took me a little longer than 30 days to swap out the differentials and bring them the core. Knowing that I might be walking out of there with nothing except for a useless front differential, the staff was not only friendly, empathetic, and helpful. They allowed me, considering the circumstances, to get the full core reimbursement amount without any fees or issues. To put it shortly, don’t sleep on them because they’re the best!

    There overpriced.. running boards for $250... ebay has brand new for $134.. shm. Also JUAN need to work on his customer services.

    The workers know their stuff, Very honest and professional. Good parts at reasonable prices. I have purchased many parts here and never had an issue. Definitely recommend for used auto parts.

    I worked with Johnny. Very professional. Make sure you go to this place first, they also offer mechanical services. Great establishment to find parts for offer vehicles (my is a 2012 jeep wrangler unlimited) they'll take any credit card for a fee. (3.5%) a bit high compared to other establishment but besides that fee. I had a good transaction.

    I was quoted 35 a headlight over the phone when i got there the price suddenly changed to 75 a piece, funny part they cost less brand new 😂, jhonny u a scammer bro

    I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed and was told the part was available and already off the vehicle ready for pick up. I got there and sat and waited for like 30 mins before a guy grabbed the ticket to go pull the part.. didn't like being told it was ready only to drive 25 miles from the NE side to sit and wait.. their parts and prices are good, but this was foul!!

    I can usually find whatever I'm needing here if I cant find it at picknpull. I like these guys promotions,and I like that they text me the promotions. I like the friendly employees. They even tell me how many of the type of vehicle they have out there, so i dont waste my time if they do not have what I'm needing that day. I really appreciate that! And so far I've usually been able to find exactly what i needed. I love the $1 a day warranty! I also appreciate the use of the speaker phones to tell you how much time you have left before closing, it does help if your on a bigger job out there. I appreciate the availability of cold drinks too. It would make it easier if they kept them in a fridge instead of soda machine, because you could pay for it with your products, but it's still nice that they are at least there if you need it. It seriously wouldn't kill you to get indoor restrooms for your customers though! Please!!!!!!!!!

    Walked in, waited a few min. Three people behind the counter, no one said “we will help u in a min” so I wait some more. Finally I just walked out. If you have time to waste, then this is the place for you. The older man in front of me was told he had to wait an hr or so, because he could not be outback by himself. And that’s how long it would take for someone to take him back, to where the part was at….. Cust. Service at its finest 👍🏼

    Maybe it's luck, they were the first place I called, about a hour before closing. They had part I needed, I said I want it today they had one of there guys pull it and had it ready 40 minutes later when I arrived. Very professional, and I felt a genuine desire to get me what I needed.

    Thank you Mark the csr over the phone, and Rogelio parts puller for helping me find my 2017 F150 Super Cab horn replacement off of one of their parts vehicle's. Rogelio removed the horn, and tested it out to ensure it works before I purchased. This is my first time ever going to Brother's as I was referred by a Mary from some other auto salvage yesterday 01/18/2023 around 3:29pm . Thank you all in helping find an exact replacement horn for my ford truck and paid $45.00 flat as opposed to $250.00 plus from some other automotive mechanic shop that couldn't order the part three times over because their boss was never around to order it. I'm so thankful for Brother's auto salvage.     Customer service was bad. I called to see if they had parts they said they did,I get up there and they’re like we didn’t speak with you and they all of a sudden don’t have the parts. Wasted my time

    Unprofessional, don't know parts and lie about condition. Don't waste your time and money! Incorrect description online and on phone. I had asked Maurice to please double check parts for damage and he stated he checked. We drove 4.5 hours one way to get parts. We got there and anyone could see the hood was heavily damaged. On top of that it also had hail damage he said he checked for. All the parts we came to purchase were damaged. I am a 28 year insurance adjuster.

    I stopped at the yard to look for a replacement radio for my Dodge Charger that seemed to have died on me. They found the part quickly, let me ride out and see the car they pulled it from, and allowed me to test it in my vehicle. The radio from the yard worked, but I tried my old radio and now it's working again. Sorry that I couldn't give them by business, but I'll be back if it keeps acting up. A+ service, best parts yard on this side of town.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3 GUYS UP FRONT LAUGHING AND LOUD, CUSTOMERS JUST SITTING WATCHING THEM PAY MORE ATTENTION TO EACH OTHER VS THE CUSTOMER. WOULD NOT LET ME PAY BY PHONE SAID " SIR WE TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE HERE 1ST" THEN TOLD ME THEY HAD THE PART SENT ME ON A GOOSE HUNT W SOME OLD MAN WASTED 30 MIN OUTSIDE W NO PART TO BE FOUND WASTED 30 MIN WAITING INSIDE, OVERALL WASTE OF TIME.     The company would not accept the fact that there salesperson misrepresented the part they claimed to have and would not own up to resolve the problem. Be aware there many other choices out there. Don't settle for this one.
