Best service, ever! John was easy to work with, they are professional, competitively priced, and top quality. They were responsive to my request, sent pictures of the parts before shipping, and even let me know when the freight company picked it up! They exceeded my expectations for any company, casting a long shadow on most other salvage yards. Thanks!

Not open on weekends, so if you work during the week, you basically can't get parts unless they ship it, because they won't leave it outside for you like some other yards I've been to will. And shipping was $450 on a $200 part, not worth it to me. *editing review to reply to response: I understand what you are saying, but I wasn't complaining about the shipping charge or shipping costs. I was simply stating reasons why I requested leaving a part for after-hours pickup, and that because you guys won't do that, it forces people into the shipping option. I can definitely afford the $450 shipping charge, but I am not interested in spending a combined total of $650 for a 220,000 mile part. and in my opinion it's not a wise investment to spend $450 in shipping charges for something I can just pickup for a small fraction of that cost in fuel, it's not like your far away. It's called being financially responsible. And there isn't anything wrong with not being open on weekends so staff can be with family, however you could always hire additional part time staff to accompany the yard on weekends whilst the weekday staff is off. My review has no intentions of hurting the business. And fyi, I do work weekends, by appointment only.

I've been to a couple of salvage yards, and this place is a much better place to get good, used quality parts. Most of the other salvage yards just aren't as helpful finding the part ur looking for, for instance, here at Brown's if they don't have what you're looking for they get on the computer and try to locate the part somewhere else and if they find at no extra cost it gets shipped to them or for a little extra shipped to your address other salvage yards nope don't have it and if u ask if they no where else you could find it they get upset. Long story short, if you're looking for any part, skip the hassle and stop by or call Brown's
