AAA sent a call for tire replacement to another towing company called Ammari Towing Inc, the estimated time of arrival was 5:45pm. After waiting more than an hour, since 4:40pm, near 6:07pm, I called company just to be told the company tech Cameron that was supposed to be sent out to me, was still in the shop doing nothing. After AAA realized I had not been serviced, they rescheduled Bw Tire& Towing to come out and help me from Corsicana to Palmer. The guy that was dispatched Mr. Allen was very knowledgeable and came pretty quickly. Process was smooth and he took off the blown out tire and put my spare tire on. If he hadn't come, my vehicle would have been stranded on a busy and pretty dark side of the highway until the morning. Mr. Allen, if you're reading this, thank you for help! You were a blessing dude.

GEICO Roadside assistance dispatched B & W to change my trashed tire( thank you mr my shovel fell off the back of my truck @ 75mph!), with an approximate wait time of an hour. Are you kidding me? Within 15 minutes their driver was there, and with pit crew accuracy & speed, I was back on the road in 5 minutes.

My truck broke down while evacuating to DFW from a hurricane in the gulf, and these guys were awesome. After a prompt tow to a different auto shop recommended by our insurance company, we arrived just after 5 pm to locked doors. Their exceptional tow driver called into their own garage after hours and got our vehicle in for the night. Despite the significant damage to an older vehicle, and need to order parts, the crew went above and beyond to have it ready in time for me to return home. If you're in the area with an emergency or otherwise, they are a group of honest guys that are great at what they do.

After a long day coming back from Houston, we had a blow out on the side of 45. We called AAA and they said it would be about a 2 hour wait before anyone could get there. Within 30 minutes, Larry made it to us. He was so timely and respectful! I would totally recommend this company if their employees are all like Larry!!!!
