I haven't been there yet. But the other person that I spoke to on the other end of the line, he seemed to be very knowledgeable in his job.. in the description of the land. Where are the parts are. I plan on going there in a couple of days. Trying to get my buddies truck running.

Awesome place! Definitely my favorite place to go in Wilmington! Great prices on car parts. Giant selection of cars. Great staff! They gave me a deal on a really cool steering wheel for my 2 year old car fanatic son! All around awesome place!!

After coming to this place for over 10 years, today was officially my last visit. Very disappointed in the way they do business, pulled an instrument panel out of a Chevy truck and removed the lens which is easily removable with a couple clips. The website clearly says the price for an instrument cluster lens is $7.99. The man tried to charge me $30 for it, and said that this also included an environmental fee which they have to charge on every part they sell by law which is an additional 11% per part. This place is clearly ran by a bunch of Democrats, and ran by lying corrupt thieves

Always a huge selection and usually not super over crowded. Even if they don’t have what I’m looking for you can usually find a similar part that works and the prices are super fair. Return policy is good too. I’ve never had an issue here! Highly recommended!

Super organized, and there's a great selection of cars. It's also great that they post the new arrivals on Facebook so I know when something new gets there. There process are a little higher than other yards in the area, but it's well worth it when it's so organized.

The lady on the phone was super nice but when I called the number they gave me so I could have it picked up the man was rude, short with me, said he had a pick up later that day and would call ME back. Never did. Don't count on these people to help you.

This is my favorite place to buy auto parts, with a little work you can get your parts for super cheap. The staff is so nice and friendly, and willing to help if they can. They have a wide variety of vehicles, and they’ve always had what i needed when i went. Check here before going to autozone!

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I go here for all my used parts due to the staff and the affordability. The lot is very organized and they provide a map to assist in locating the needed vehicle as well as a list of compatible parts off of other vehicle types. It took me around 5 minutes to find my needed vehicle and part and the only reason it even took that long is because the vehicle I needed was at the back of the lot. They have tons of vehicles to choose from making finding what you need a relatively simple process.

Traveled from Georgetown SC to Wilmington as their inventory listed the automobile I needed. Called ahead and explained I was making 2-1/2 hour drive and realized according to their website they could not tell you what parts are available. I explained I knew and understood their policy but politely ask that if sometime during the day they happened to be on the lot and near the vehicle listed in their inventory could they simply check if the passenger rear door was available. I called early in the day and left my number. AJ went above and beyond his job description and called me back with a perfect fit for my car. I offered to immediately pay for the part but their system doesn't allow so I simply assured AJ I would make the trip before the end of the week. I made the trip two days later and saved myself a boatload of money and have the perfect replacement part. I am a most happy and satisfied customer and much appreciation to AJ.

Very unprofessional and rude. The customer service is horrible. The clerk Rob C was rude and condescending towards us! They DO NOT Honor the 30 day return policy.. they say you have 30 days to return yet when you come back long before the 30 days they have several excuses as to why they can't refund the part!! Rob was trying to double the price when we split it so we could place it on 2 separate credit cards.. little did he know I am very proficient in math and pointed his mathematical error out to him immediately. The next thing I was told was that he must have rang something up twice. Totally ridiculous and incompetent!! They even charge $2 a person to walk in even when your not the one buying stuff nor pulling parts. BEWARE!! Go elsewhere!! There are a lot of other pick and pulls around that have much better customer service and honor their own policies and they don't lie nor try to manipulate the situation and most importantly are not rude and condescending as what we experienced here.. the only good that came of this is that we have taken our business elsewhere.. So beware of this fraudulent establishment! I am sure I will get the general response with thier apologies and encouraged to call the manager Mike.. please don't bother because Mike himself was the one with several excuses as to why we could not return the parts for a refund and identified himself as the manager..

Good selection of vehicles. Good hours. Prices are fair, not great, but still MUCH better than EBa--. Plus they do warranty their stuff. Always have been honest and reasonable.

As far as salvage yards go this place is excellent. Very competitive pricing, nice staff, and most of all, ORGANIZED! Vehicles are sorted by brand and model type, makes it very easy to minimize lost wandering in the yard. I was also impressed that if a part doesn’t work out, they’ll refund your money with a receipt within 30 days. If you need affordable auto parts go check them out!

They told me that I would get 400 for my truck if they come get it they take 70 out which made it 330. When I call they change the whole story after getting the truck because I’m out of town. So they only gave me 300, I’m not mad about the 30 it’s about do good business and that’s not good business because I had people that was ready to do business with them and now I have to tell them what happened and they better off selling or keeping there cars and trucks. They great for parts but I will never deal with them on a level of selling my cars or trucks again, but you live and learn.

Scott has very poor customer service experience does not know how to talk to people makes prices up, me and my buddies got quoted 450 for an engine and in person. It’s a whole Nother story they wanted 4000. If that was the case we would’ve never came. The communication at this place is horrible in the pricing needs to be looked into will not be coming back because of my experience here today was very poor

I went by today and was immediately asked if I was there for any specific vehicles. Told him what I was looking for and when I finished signing in I was given and print out of in stock vehicles and their rows. Great help and great selection.

They DO NOT Honor 30 day return policy.. they say you have 30 days to return yet when you come back long before the 30 days they have several excuses as to why they can't refund the parts. HORRIBLE customer service I Do NOT recommend CAPE FEAR pick and pull. You are better off shopping on ebay because these guys prices are outrageously over priced for junked vehicle parts they paid 150 for some poor woman's car and turn around sell the trunk lid for 300 dollas..no thanks I don't recommend stepping foot on their property if you dislike miserable men who don't know anything about their jobs especially the so called "management"i recommend finding a more respected group other than cape fear. You HAVE BEEN WARNED. Every negative review is 99% accurate about disrespectful uneducated staff and overpriced junk parts you can buy those parts OEM NEW!!! THE OWNERS KNOW THIS AND DO NOTHING

I've called many places to sale my car and had no luck, but Karessa helped me out. She answered all my question, made the process super easy and even picked my car up the same day even though she let me know it might not be the same day. Thank you so much for your help and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Spend damn near all day taking a pulley assembly off just to have the cashier charge me way over the price list only. He then tells me he charges me for 2 items for one part. Price way more then just ordering a new part lol. Don't go here save yourself the headache.

Fairly easy to get in and out. Cars aren't exactly where they say they'll be yet can be found in the general location. Prices are great, folks seem to be honest and friendly. I'll definitely be back.

I love going to Cape Fear Pick N Pull. The staff is friendly and respectful. You have to pull the part that you want off of your vehicle. The staff is always ready to answer any questions you might have. The prices are affordable and you can choose from a variety of vehicles in some cases.

I've came here for several years, but all of the sudden there prices have become very shady and apparently they operate on a completely different tax system than the rest of the state and county and lately the also change the prices from the ones that are listed on there website it makes it very confusing who ever own it or whatever state body over sees them should look into it.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME TO CAPE FEAR PICK N PULL READ THIS! This will be my first and last time going to Cape fear Pick n Pull. The extreme rudeness of Scott “the specialist car part professional” was so bad I almost lost my temper, which is extremely difficult for me to do. After trying to make me pay over TRIPLE the standard price for some calipers off of a Boxster because it was “in the specialist row” Scott the “parts specialist” informed me that there were two other cars 20 feet away -THE SAME EXACT CAR- he would charge me standard price on the parts for. Apparently 20 feet equates to triple the cost in his brain and he did not like when I asked for the logic behind that. Then when I attempted to remove the calipers 2 of 4 nuts rounded. No problem I figured I’d just cut the short 6” brake line that no one utilizes anyway as I’d be using them for a project and did not need them anyway. WRONG. Scott charged me for every single brake line, every single connector and every piece of “weather stripping” I didn’t even need or know I was being charged for on two small grilles off a hood. When I asked how my bill was $276 dollars Scott immediately switched his tone, began to talk down to me when I asked for an explanation then pointed at the small text on a TV over the entrance saying it was a “rule” of the yard. Never in 20 years of going to a junkyard has anyone ever said that you have to pay for a terminal or brake line if it’s damaged and the only way to remove it was to cut it. the way Scott responded, snarkily replied to my questions and talked down to me the entire time RUINED an entire experience. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful but Scott’s behavior was unacceptable and it only got worse the more I asked for an explanation. It was apparent Scott didn’t care to explain so I paid and left, I had made plans to come back later this week but am now canceling them and will make sure everyone knows this is how their “specialist” treats customers. Take your money else where. There’s plenty of other privately owned self service yards that deserve your business over these people.
