I recently visited Pick-n-Pull in Wilmington to find a hood for my 2006 Chevy Impala. When I first walked in, the experience wasn’t very welcoming — the woman at the front desk didn’t greet us or ask how she could help, and she immediately told me my son wasn’t allowed in the yard (which I understand, but the way it was said felt a bit abrupt and unkind). Thankfully, the experience got much better. One of the staff members went above and beyond by giving us a detailed list of vehicles that would fit our model, which saved us a lot of time and guesswork. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. We were able to find a hood that fit perfectly and stayed within our budget, which was a huge relief. Overall, despite the rough start, we left satisfied with our purchase and the help we received from the staff members.

I came all the way from Virginia to check out this company’s yards, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I stayed until closing, pulling the parts I wanted, and the older gentleman at the counter gave me a great deal when I asked for a better price. He told me, “I’ll do it because I want you to come back,” which really stood out to me. The yard itself was clean, well-organized, and the prices were unbeatable. I’ve visited more than 50 yards in the past year, and this one is by far at the top of my list. I will always recommend it to others. Huge thanks to the entire team; especially the older gentleman who helped me at the register; for making this such a great experience.
