We recently sold our 2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara to Cape Fear Pick N Pull on US-421, and the entire experience was outstanding. I recently visited Pick-n-Pull in Wilmington to find a hood for my 2006 Chevy Impala. When I first walked in, the experience wasn’t very welcoming — the woman at the front desk didn’t greet us or ask how she could help, and she immediately told me my son wasn’t allowed in the yard (which I understand, but the way it was said felt a bit abrupt and unkind). Thankfully, the experience got much better. One of the staff members went above and beyond by giving us a detailed list of vehicles that would fit our model, which saved us a lot of time and guesswork. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. We were able to find a hood that fit perfectly and stayed within our budget, which was a huge relief. Overall, despite the rough start, we left satisfied with our purchase and the help we received from the staff members.
