Was traveling through Minnesota on I-90 and heading for a blizzard. My drivers side wiper was going completely off the windshield. I stopped at O’Reilly Auto Parts and bought a wiper blade but couldn’t get the wiper arm off to adjust it. The general manager at O’Reilly’s auto parts suggested that I stop in here. These guys are great-they listened to my problem and fixed it immediately and then wouldn’t take payment. Textbook midwestern hospitality. Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So far my experience has been great fast service and great work just don't like the price on things I had done but other than that good work

I came in to have 2 bald tires changed, and was charged more than the initial quote. I waited, 45 minutes across the lot and my car never moved from where I had parked it. After getting fed up with waiting I called to see what the holdup was. Turns out they didn't have what they needed to do the job. Wasted a decent chuck of my day with no results. Did not try to notify me of the problem, not until I called them did I learn they couldn't get any work done. Taking my business elsewhere.

I had a problem with my car and went looking for the parts to fix it. Its an older car so i had trouble except for this website. They advertise as early as within three days (although somewhere i could swear i saw a next day delivery claim) for delivery but i placed the order on the 4th and my payment cleared on the 5th. What times i 'email them to get the fastest response' i either get some automated nonsense with service ratings that are only good which is the exact opposite of the things i wish to say about them. The rest of the time my email is ignored. And if i call customer service i get directed after waiting for a while to just send an email. Its been over 20 days since the part shouldve shipped and yet here i am, with less money in my account, no parts, and definitely no customer satisfaction. Id demand a refund if i thought i could actually get a message through. Worst part service ive ever dealt with.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They treat you with nothing but respect and are great people to do business with. Prices are fair and honest. They dont seem to be there just for the paycheck; they genuinely are good people and care about their customers!

Honest, always try and find you the best price. And are reasonably priced for their work. Would definitly recommend!
