I have worked with Carolina Trash for over a year. On multiple (many more than 3 or 4) occasions my trash hasn't been picked up weekly, despite my auto payment for services rendered. I've contacted the company and requested them to pick up the trash the following day. My request has been ignored on multiple occasions. Last week they didn't come on Thursday. I called and told them of my frustration and the trash was picked up Friday. I was encouraged only to have the trash not picked up again the next Thursday. As I type this, my trash can sits by the road waiting to be picked up since last Thursday. I have had them tell me it wasn't out there, when it was in fact out there for over a week. I'm extremely frustrated with this company. I originally googled sanitation to find my new service provider, but when I saw Carolina Trash pick up had such great reviews, I felt it was important to add my experience.

We recently moved to a new home and continued the residential trash service that the previous owners used. We also added the recycling service. It's been over a month, and several calls, later and still no recycling toter. No one can tell me why they can't get me a recycling toter, so I asked that I be refunded or credited the difference. Still no reply. I don't know if I'll ever receive the service that I've paid for, or receive a credit of any kind. Poor service. We will be looking at competitors ASAP.

This company is fantastic. Everyone weve dealt with there has been polite, professional, and efficient. They've gone above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service and an exceptional customer experience.

I have had services with Carolina trash for a little over 3 years and not once have they been late for trash pick ups and if a holiday hits on the day of my pick up they always notify us of when the next pick up will be.. any time I have a question or need help they are always willing to help and respond in a timely manner. Great company with great communication. We actually switched to Carolina trash after discovering that they are much more affordable than the company we were using prior. We were very happy to find out that they are also more reliable than prior company as well.

We've used Carolina Trash & Septic for our trash service almost since they started up. They've always been a pleasure to work with. Their trucks run on schedule and if there is a holiday adjustment, we always get adequate notification. Their pricing beats all their competitors. Great company!

Carolina Trash has been wonderful to work with! They have always picked up our trash on time. The office staff have always been polite and professional. We have been with them for over 2 years now and never had an issue! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

They are always on time for the trash pick up! Very friendly and attentive, also willing to go above and beyond for all their customers. Booked them to help with trash Removal after a move. They were friendly, professional, and timely! They carried out my items by themselves, were on time, and so nice. Highly recommend them for any of your trash needs.

My account was sold to this company beginning may 24th, 2021. Since then we have bad our trash not picked up a total of 4 times. 3 times before I had to contact them and wait for a response and then they usually picked up the next day or two. My trash is supposed to be picked up on Wednesdays. Today is Thursday, July 22nd, 2021 at 5:15 pm. My trash was not picked up yesterday. I have called several times, left voice messages, and sent 2 emails. With no response and my trash is still at the curb. I have never had this problem with any other company I have used. I'm highly disappointed.
