Our semi had broke down at the Loves Truck Stop there in Loxley. The shop there was booked up and couldn't see us at the time (1 man working and was on a service call). The air valve had went out on the truck. It was late so we spent the night there at Bay Inn & Suites (to pricey). The next morning we called around checking to see if anybody had the part we needed. Called Loxley parts store, they were such a HUGE blessing. They made 3 trips to where we were and didn't even charge us for those trips. May God Bless this place of business daily. I went to the hardware side, and the gentleman that helped me, was literally the friendliest, and most willing to help! He didn't just tell me what aisle the item I needed was in, he took me to it, and explained a couple different things. I have been to the auto parts side, and they are also friendly! When I needed a bigger Jack for my car, they pointed out that a store brand product was on sale, and I couldn't believe how great the sale price was. It is a great Jack, durable, and well made!

Great place! They have people that actually know about the stuff that they're selling and most likely what you're working on whether it be a big truck or car. It's a great place have most anything you need including hardware, thank God.

Called them about putting a starter in my 1996 chev 1500. Took it by there Wednesday about 1130 and got a call around 430 that it was ready. Was not thinking it would be so fast. And a good fair price. I see why shopping with locals are the best way to go. Thanks again.

Hate to do this for a local shop, but had an appointment to bring my Jeep in. Made it a week in advance. The guy I talked to told me to bring it in today (Tuesday) didn’t give any specific time . When I went to drop it off Adam said it had to be here at 8:00 and tried to give ZERO accommodations. Unfortunately this is my first experience with the shop side and I do not recommend. The auto parts side is great, especially dealing with Colton.

This is the most convenient auto parts store in the area. Has hard to get auto parts, accessories. The store has an assortment of items. Location is right off of the main highway in Loxley, Al. The employees are very knowledgeable, and super nice. They will help you get what you need, and also teach and show you how to do what needs to be done.
