    Horrible service. We used them for a couple months and I think I can count more times when they missed either garbage or recycling or both than I can when we didn't have any problems. Then when we cancelled their service and were asked to leave the empty bins in the driveway they didn't get picked up for 3 weeks. When I called to ask why it was because I left them in the driveway and not on the curb (even though I was asked to) and then they tried to charge me extra because there was somehow garbage and recycling in the upside down bins...

    They are crooks! After years of poor service we switched garbage providers. It took them three weeks to pick up their garbage and recycleling cans at the end of our driveway. We watched their truck pick them up. Then we received a bill from them for the garbage and recycling can, that they picked up. Now they continue to lie to us saying that we stole their garbage and recycling can. We are glad to be done with them!

    By far the best service we have ever received. We received (2) very durable carts for us to use and store our trash and recycling in. We take them down to our road, which isn't the best road and can get nasty at times, and every week, the trash and recycling is gone. Great driver and have a lot of respect for someone who has to be out picking up trash in the rain, snow, ice, etc. Great Job, Casella.

    Er 4 weeks of no call backs and no answers i finally got ahold of someone and was told that my area isnt serviced what a waste of my time and energy.

    These people are crooks. 3 weeks they drove by my house and did not pick up my garbage while I have paid for their service. I called them multiple times, and the said they'd make "special trips" to come pick up the garbage. They never came. I keep calling and the lady on the phone keeps making excuses and the garbage still sits on my curb. This business is a joke...

    2 our of 4 weeks they picked up the recycling but left the trash. They are next to each other. Neighbors car parked in front of my house and driver to lazy to get out and get trash. My fault right!!! Just go with fosters much better these guys are horrible

    Cancelled them after less than one month. Way too expensive and service was consistent with the 1.7 star rating on here. Go with Foster instead.

    way over priced, they leave your cans in the middle of the street, it took 4 months for them to come get bins after i stopped using their service.
