Weirdly restrictive on how cans and bottles get returned. I changed my name a few months ago and they wouldn't update the system. Kept talking about me getting married, even though I never said that. It was a weird and unpleasant experience and I'm going to go elsewhere where they pay more next time.

Went @ busy time so long wait but worker was patient and friendly.

My boyfriend brought back cans, bottles and glass here today. We had 1616 cans all togther. They threw maybe 50 away ! Dave refused to fix it for him when he asked. I called on the phone when he got home and told me what happened. I asked to speak to the owner she wanted to know why , I explained what happened. And she already knew the guy (my bf ) I was speaking about. She said Dave Is the owner and there was no one else I could speak too. When I spoke to Dave, he turned it around on me after refusing to fix it again , and wanted my name and my boyfriends name to make it so we could not come there again. So he turned it around like we were wrong. He also claimed he was the legit owner and i couldnt speak to nobody else. I told him I knew he wasn't the owner. Then he said Steve was gone for a month. So he had already lied about who he was and so did the lady I spoke too. Obviously he was also lying about how many returns we had. I'll be contacting the actual owner about this awful man.not to mention they didn't even take his identification, they are supposed to have that , and updated. To make sure they're items that they're buying aren't stolen. They knew what they were going to do before it even happened.

First and last visit here. I had an antique clean copper 50 gallon water boiler tank. Tried telling me they would give me light copper price of $1.50 per pound. I argued stating it was not light copper, that in fact #1 copper. Nope they said, ok well Swarthouts in Beaver Dams is paying me the correct price of $2.57 per pound. Nice try guys oh and check your scales, they seem to be off as well. But a call to weights and measures should fix that.
