    Had weekly service in Bristol. Would watch the driver drive right by, and not take the trash. when I called they said the cans weren't out and I needed to wait till next week to get it picked up. On several occasions they simply didn't come by, they would change their schedule for holidays and not tell you. The calling service they use only ever called me to say my service was on time... 🙄 didn't get a call on the weeks they moved the date. On one occasion I was told by a supervisor that my pick was going to be saturday instead of friday and they came Thursday, I heard them come by and when I called to complain they said I was mistaken and was still on schedule for friday...( Christmas morning) . When i challenged that idea lmao..... I was put on hold then told it was indeed today and I had missed it. 68$ a month for weekly trash and bi-weekly recycling and this is the service I get.. no thanks, i have better things to do than baby sit my trash...Service: Junk removal

    We have been a customer for years. Always been pleased until a recent situation. The recycling gets picked up every two weeks.... This week was a no show. No pick up, no call. When I called for an update at first I was told she had to look into it, she didn't have an answer. Shortly later I was told it wasn't picked up because it wasn't out by the road. I asked really what time was that.... Late morning or early afternoon. Well, that is not true. I met the driver for the trash at approximately 830 and exchanged the cans by the road. The recycling was there all day, I have proof on our security cameras. I was told sorry they won't be back until two more weeks. For a service that we pay for and the driver never showed, very disappointed with the service!!
