    I’ve used Casella for general garbage/recycling removal since purchasing my home in StJ in August of 2016. Until recently it was great. Routine pickup Thursdays at around 3:30pm.However, the last three weeks I’ve had to call on Friday to find out why my Thursday pickup never happened. Today sealed it, “Kayleigh” was rude and short with me on the phone, asked if my barrels were out - I explained they go out promptly at 7:00am on Thursdays when my children leave for the bus stop - said she had no alerts for delays and that I “could leave an extra container next week”. Unacceptable response for a paid service. Period. Myers gained a new customer.

    Went there couple times. To drop trash off.. asked the first time we’re it went didn’t ask for a dime... next time I went same experience.. third time I was asked for money and wasn’t a problem.. tried figuring out what I owed was rudely interrupted by a worker there. And never let me figure out what I owed them. Think this place deserves 1 star.Service: Junk removal

    Drivers don’t take accountability for anything and leave the burden of complaining on you. Well, with my schedule for work, it wasn’t easy. Finally got ahold of someone, they made the same promise twice, then I got told too bad. I told them I wasn’t paying for a service I never got. They told me if I didn’t pay they wouldn’t do anything. I made an offer fair to all for them to prove themselves and they refused. They can come get their cans and get them off my property.

    Another failure of privatization. This should obviously be a municipal service and Casella takes full advantage of the fact that it isn't. Highway robbery for the northeast kingdom.

    Asked before putting trash in if they take discover cards. They said they do. When it was time to pay suddenly they didn't accept it anymore.
