    Absolutely horrible company. Repeatedly missed my house, does not pick up my recycling. I’ve called them and they try to rectify but then the next week they don’t pick up my trash again. Horrible service. I shouldn’t have to call every week and beg them to take my trash for a service I pay for. Will be canceling this service. Zero stars.

    What a nightmare dealing with Casella is. Our pick-up-the-phone-on-the-first-ring local trash company was bought out by Casella. Having dealt with Casella in the past on billing errors, I was not interested in service by Casella. Casella has insisted on billing me for a partial week where they provided no service and after I had called them (on the day I received a letter announcing the buy-out). This is just wrong. I have spent hours on the phone (mostly on hold -- crummy customer service) and have been assured that this would be fixed. I just received a new invoice -- now with finance charges.Service: Trash removal & disposal
