Update 2/26/2022My rating has changed from 5 stars to 1 star since December 10th, 2021.The level of customer service is drastically different than at time of purchase.Another problem with the 3 month old vehicle. The rotors are so rusted they are grinding. See photos. After emailing photos and readdressing the loss of power with the transmission and burning smell, to Bill Harris, telling him when I would be available to speak by phone, he replied with he would "try" to contact me and then later emailed me that he would be out of the office due to a snowstorm. After I initiated another call to Bill Harris and finally got in contact with him today,He told me, prior to purchase, when I asked about installing side rails and crossbars to have a roof rack, that they would have to drill holes to install the side rails and that could be done.Today, he came up with a whole new story (gaslighting) about some other salesman I never met supposedly informed me that I would have to get Thule or similar rack that my model could not have side-rails installed. This conversation never happened. My friend who witnessed the purchase of the car was present when Shane Stockwell also informed us that it would be best for Honda to do this work. Bill Harris told me today that Shane Stockwell nor himself, know nothing about the vehicles and could not have answered this question. Very confusing.I own a boat that I transport on top of my car. It was an important detail for the purchase of my new car.Update: 2/18/2022After my purchase it seems the level of customer service has greatly declined.Zack Tucker has ignored my emails and given me conflicting information.I have been emailing since December about wanting to add side rails and cross bars to the roof as I discussed at purchase with both Bill Harris & Shane Stockwell. Now, according to Zack, I am told it cannot be done by Honda. And just this week, I am now experiencing trouble with the transmission losing power accompanied with a burning smell. Had someone been behind me they would have rear-ended me due to the drop out of power.Wow!December 2021I am proud to say I am a customer of Upper Valley Honda. As a new customer, I was treated like family during the purchase of a new HR-V AWD. Cierra Wolfe, Zack Tucker, Bill Harris, Shane Stockwell (and a few others!) all worked as a team to help me though the process of trading my old vehicle for a new, reliable one with much improved gas mileage & safety features without all the overwhelming beeps & flashing.Upon picking up the vehicle, Zack Tucker greeted my friend and I in the showroom. My new car was there with a giant bow! Zack showed my friend and I the car, assisted with connecting devices and reviewing all the features. It was very clear Zack wanted everything to flow smoothly and go well and he did so though his diligence and preparation.Being my first time purchasing a new vehicle, I wanted to review all the paperwork carefully. Shane Stockwell, Business Director, spent a significant portion of the day with my friend and I to ensure I was comfortable. I was never rushed or pressured and any questions I had were answered to my complete satisfaction.Bill Harris, Sales Manager was integral in coordinating all aspects of my purchase and he did so with knowledge and grace.Purching this car was a very enjoyable experience with wonderful memories that will remain with me. Everytime I get in my car a smile comes across my face :)In addition, through Upper Valley Honda, I received an extended powertrain warranty of 10 years, 100,000 miles. The car also came with 3 year warranty on undercoating and a 7 year warranty through Sentinel an environmentally friendly ceramic coating on the interior and exterior. This dealer knows how to deliver quality and value. Highly recommended!!!

I love my new SUV - The guy that sold it to me was so nice and among other things assured his dealership was the best as it cared for the customer and wanted to always do the right thing! Hmmm I am pretty sure that's not true. I was assured that my SUV had All Season tires - It did not. Having Driven on All Season tires for 30+ years these have to be the worst! I gave UV Honda the opportunity to make it right - maybe just give me a deal on a set of snows? I was willing to pay something.... but the car had 5 miles on it.... seriously? Anything that would make it feasible to safely travel this winter. Nope. So much for looking out for the customer. But don't worry UV Honda - you are not the only game in town. My tire guy will make my car safe - And he will service my car .- and when its time to trade I will find a new dealer. I am happy to give my business to someone else.

I had my Honda CRV detailed for the first time since I bought it new in 2016. When I got in my car, I could not believe it! It looked like a brand new vehicle! I have two kids and despite me cleaning it, vacuuming it regularly, and wiping it down a few times a month, it looked worn.My husband, who is particular, always said my car showed that kids abused it regularly. When he got home and saw the detailed car, he was astounded! The car is spotless, all trace of kid grime is gone. The floor mats, which I had considered replacing because I could never get all the road salt off, were back to being black, like I had just gotten new ones. Every nook and cranny looks amazing! My husband now wants to drive my car! The service took all day, but it was entirely worth it. This is something that my husband and I now plan to have done more regularly for the upkeep of our vehicles and because we were so impressed with what a thorough job they did. Worth every penny!! Thank you, Honda Service Department, you did a fantastic job!

I had a fabulous car buying experience at Upper Valley Honda. Zack did a wonderful job. He was very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and patient while locking in all the settings, with someone who is technically challenged, and pairing my phone.I love my Passport, and had a completely stress free experience working with Upper Valley Honda. I have the car I wanted, and a payment that is comfortable for me. I would highly recommend your dealership, as well as Zack Tucker.High marks across the board!

On several occasions UV Honda has shown me excellent service and gone out of their way to help me in a pinch. I could go anywhere else, but they have earned my loyalty and trust. Jill has problem-solved several issues and Steve P. has treated me like family every step of the way. They have good people, keep up the good work.Lauren

I thought I was getting a fair deal when I bought an 08 Subaru Outback for close to $5,000 dollars, I understood that it would have some repairs to be made sooner or later but this mistake almost killed me. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from these scammers get everything in writing…even if they say it passed inspection and has a sticker on it. I made the mistake of trusting them when they verbally confirmed that the car I was buying was safe and inspected. Little did I know it needed almost $8,000 worth of repairs to even pass a Vermont inspection. Welding to the front support bar where the radiator was about to fall out, new ball joints, a new head gasket, new coil springs, new catalytic converter, new exhaust, new heater core, new transmission lines. They bought the car back for half the price I paid after a week and a half of me owning it thankfully. They are Untrustworthy, Greedy, and Cruel.Steve, I understand you need to generate revenue for the company, but you shouldn’t knowingly play with customers lives.

We have an adult, disabled son and required a new mini-van; after searching our normal used-vehicle route and discovering a shortage, we began calling around. Zach and the whole team at Upper Valley Honda has supported us from the moment we walked through the door and on return visits with great and friendly service. I like the down-to-earth, honest approach. It was our first time buying a new car and it was the best experience.

I contacted the dealership asking about a CR-V. They didn't happen to have any in stock but were interested in my current car and wanted me to stop by. I said no as it's a 90 minute drive to get there and I would only do the drive if the car was in stock to avoid two trips.Last week I get a message that the car just arrived and if I'd be interested in seeing it. I said yes and arranged a time. I drove down and there was no car available, "but one was currently being built and I could put a reservation on that". This car would be available in 2 months. I said no and I left and drove the 90 minutes home. 3 hours of wasted time.Edit: after I posted this I was contacted by a manager. He acknowledged the mistake that happened and did his best to make things right.

I love my new HRV. After a 6 month search, looking for a new or used car that fit my needs I was tired and frustrated.Cody Hutcheson was phenomenal! How many car salesmen are actually practical, efficient, and compassionate? It was a pleasure to say yes, and finally purchase the car I needed from someone so gracious, thoughtful, and kind.
