    I talked to a representative name Martha she was absolutely great! Fair price for my vehicle. Especially it no longer was running. Now to have the vehicle picked up was ridiculous. Scheduled pickup was between 1-5 on a Monday. I called Monday morning to confirm pick up. Lady answered and confirmed on schedule. Guess what?? No call No show. So I called out of work on Tuesday thinking I would probably be the first one on their list since they didn't pick it Monday. Guess what?? Nope. I had to call them and reminded them and was told that they would be here by 2pm. 3 o'clock comes around. I had to call the dispatcher and said how much longer. He laughed and said another hour they are backed up. Unprofessional and I missed work so a days pay. I gave 3 stars solely on Martha she was professional and handled everything. Mind you she doesn't work at this location but for the company.Service: Vehicle purchasing
