I had a very good experience selling my junk car here. Even though it wasn't in the best of condition Cash For Cars still purchased it. I really had no use for it, and it was getting very expensive to the store the vehicle. The battery on the Prius was beginning to act up, so I had to get rid of it.The staff members who were working here were very friendly, over the phone and in person. I got a fair price, and Cash For Cars gave me the amount that was quoted over the phone.It was easy, and fast exactly as advertised. I would sell another car to them in the future.

Do not waste your time going here. This is not their business address. If you search on google, they have a few addresses in the city, none of them is correct. I suspect they are either out of business or just ghosted cause they are not picking up phones either.Unlike other addresses, this one actually appears on their website. But the reception at #400 said Cash for Car was never physically there and has been silent since 2014.

Terrible service I called over 3 times, the first time they picked up and didn't even acknowledge the phone call I could hear other conversations. The 3rd time they picked up the lady said "Hello cash for cars" and as I was speaking they hung up the phone. I am very upset at this customer service, whoever worked on September 7, 2019 at 9am should be fired asap!
