    Great customer service, friendly, and straight-forward. Seth was great to work with, he was very accommodating, and even made sure I got the nicest part available. I even received a text message when the part was ready for pick up. Bought a replacement OEM wheel and could not be happier with my experience. Will definitely come back if I need more parts!

    When my engine was delivered to our shop I was pleased to see that it was on an appropriate shipping pallet, shrink rapped, and Central Auto Parts even took the time to insert plugs into various ports so to protect the engine during shipping. Furthermore as soon as the order was placed the shipment went right out. I would order from Central Auto Parts again in the future. Thanks guys, well done. Good show.

    I talked to Seth regarding an f350 front axle and was very specific about a couple components that I needed to be included with it. I submitted a deposit amount and was even going to pay an additional amount for components I did not need in order to make sure I got why I requested. I took off from my day job to pick up the parts on a Monday and upon calling that morning was informed the instructions we discussed were not followed by his team. Seth said he was going to immediately go check if they kept what I needed but after an hour I had no response and attempted a call back. I was hung up on while waiting on hold once and was then able to reach Seth directly after waiting on hold again. Seth was extremely unfriendly and stated he “had not got around to looking at it”. At that point I requested a refund which seemed to anger Seth more. He did process the refund but hung up on me while I was attempting to ask another question. I am unsure why it is so challenging to execute a relatively basic customer request and why the employees lash out at customers because of their own mistakes. I will not be using this yard in the future but hope this can help them in making some improvements moving forward.Editing given the recent response from the owner: I was very direct about needing those additional components and while not absolutely guaranteed under your policy Seth did provide me with a verbal promise that hey would be retained. I understand the nature of a deposit amount but thanks for explaining that for those who may not. If Seth is a sweetheart I hate to think how unfriendly the other employees that have numerous negative reviews here may be. Also just a friendly tip you should prolly not speak directly to you or your employees drug use within responses to google reviews for your company.

    I highly recommend this company!!!!I was looking for a specific part for a few months and I had no lucky. Finally I was referred to Central Auto parts .They we're great to work with!!! They were very professional, knowledgeable and patient!! They had everything, I was looking for at a Reasonable cost. Thank you for your assistance Roger!!!

    The process was a little bumpy when doing an online order. Initially the headlamp assembly I ordered was missing in action as the vendor supplying the part had sent it off for reconditioning. During the reconditioning it was damaged. Jeff worked with me to get another assembly however when it arrived it was also damaged as there were a couple mounting points that were broken off. I was able to get the headlight mounted enough to work for the vehicle however ot is still a little wobbly. Jeff had offered a partial refund however things got really busy for me and I was not able to follow up in a timely manner and did not end up getting the partial refund. Overall though Jeff's communication and customer service skills were great. I would do business with them again but next time I think I will visit the location in person so as to avoid shipping and the potential damage that can occur during packing or shipping.

    Got in an accident 5 weeks ago and cracked my rim. Put in an order on Monday with Luis and he said it would be ready by Thursday the same week. They sent a text saying, "[when you get to the yard call in and give them your order number]." So I make the 40 min drive on Thursday and when I call they said the rim wasnt ready yet, but that they should get a shipment on Friday by noon but to call before showing up just to make sure. Friday I call and it's still not ready but that it should be ready by Tuesday the next week. I call on Friday just to make sure it's ready. It's still not ready. They tell me to call Luis, so I do and he doesn't pick up, so I leave a voice-mail. It's now the 3rd week and I call the yard on Tuesday since Luis never called me back. A lady picks up and says the order was canceled by the seller and that she would let her manager call me back. At this point I'm not even expecting a call because every time they've promised to call me back they never did but this time I do and they said they found another rim but it would come in about a week. This is now the 5th week and when I called they said the order was canceled and that I should call Luis. Of course I call Luis and it returns with a voice-mail because he's "on the line with another customer." This place is is disappointingly terrible with communication.

    central auto parts was great back in the day. Unfortunately not anymore. You guys have number 2 rudest people working on the phone who hang up on people in Denver. We contacted you regarding a part on car parts .com and the app is glitchy. So we called and the sales guy said my friend on the app told you about it i have to transfer you to him. The guy then hang up on one employee of ours. and they stoped replaying to him on the car parts.com app. Besides this is not the first time we get treated badly on the phone. We decided to never do business with you. You don’t need our business we know but we also don’t need your business. Pay those people on the phone more or replace them with decent people.

    Rude people and bad costumer service if Luis or Seth answer don't even bother talking to them they will just be rude and yell just because I got a wheel from them it was defective so I sent it back thinking I can get a better one couldn't find one anywhere so I called and ask for them to bring it back so we can just fix it they stared giving attuited and trying to tell me off just because I wanted the same wheel back I don't understand why these people got to be so rude when that's there job to send parts out!
