    They’ve been okay in the past when I’ve needed them albeit on the ruder side of services, absolutely atrocious that I can call four times to ring out and never get a call back, not everyone is close enough or free enough to just pop in and not everyone has an in state number. Please try and do better about answering your calls, no way to do buisness to not answer and even less a way to not return the calls you’ve missed, that’s just money you guys are letting walk away. Your number changing is not my problem on the slightest. If you have access to your google add to reply to my review you have access to take down a phone number that isn’t yours. Very sad that you practice buisness like this. Depressing.

    Called yesterday about a transmission, and was told they had one and that they would pull it when I arrived. I called again before making the 3hr trip and same story. I get there, pay, and I was then told that it would be 3-4 days later. Called around to some other places, and found one that I could get that day, and when I went back to get my money, the lady gave me attitude while angrily counting out my money. Had I been told 3-4 days over the phone, this experience could have went a lot better, but when Im told by the guy that it will be pulled when I get there, and it was made clear that I wasn’t nearby, I expect to not be told that it’ll be days later. If they didn’t have enough staff to do it, then just tell me that prior, or even offer to take over the phone payment when I called the first time. Anything but the terrible experience I received.

    The Lady at the front is has no customer service skills, well… at least when it comes to dealing with “Blacks!” She was rude and short with my son and I. She told us the part that we wanted would be pulled and ready by he end of the day. When we called her back at 4:15 she then says we that the part will not be ready till the morning. It wasn’t till my son called her back again and pleaded with her that she decided to let us come get the part the same day which was originally promised! Mine you we already had purchased the part. I Will NOT be doing business there again, since it sales like white dollars are the only ones that gets treated with decency and respect!!

    Dealt with this company twice Ron has the nastiest attitude to the point a lot of people says he seems racist. They sold our friend no good motors and transmission. First time we paid for a hood and they pulled the wrong one then charged a pulling fee because of their mistake. 2nd experience we got a gas tank and after taking it to the mechanic we found out they kept the ring that was needed so we called and he says rudely well we shoulda said we needed in when of course when u buy it brand new it comes with it so why not send it and he says they just throw them somewhere instead of giving to us which in both situations we had to go back up there several times and we live an hour away. Very inconvenient with poor service.

    On the fence. Paid for a part yesterday. Was told it would be ready this morning. I worked 10 hours went home spent half the night pulling the old part off my vehicle. Caught a couple hours sleep. Called was told it might be ready today but no way of being sure. Was told she will call when it's ready. It's getting late in the day now and worried that if I call and ask about it again that that someone will make sure it takes longer.

    So today I couldn't get a refund on a part I did not receive I spoke with a manager on the phone who told me come in for a refund but come immediately So when I came in she told me I only can receive a credit on something else at this time the part I requested the day before was not ready I told her I didn't need the part or anything else at that particular time and if I knew I would only get a credit I wouldn't have drove cross town In total I paid 80.25 for the part the credit came out to be 57.00 because a 30% restocking policy I ask why am I being charged 30% when the part never came off the car the manager said she had to re enter the information in the computer I understand policies but people work hard for their money and anytime you have car trouble you want that comfort in not dealing with shady people I ask why was it So urgent for me to get here if nothing changed from our phone call the manager said I had to get you in to stop my guy from working on the car I said you couldn't have done all this over the phone I came assuming I would get a cash refund she told me I meant the credit I mean I would have been comfortable being charged 30% in labor getting cash back but a credit and 30% off for entering information in a computer I really feel I got robbed with no gun

    Not business oriented at all, took my money with a smile and offered me lies I didn't ask for. All for the sake of a sale. Plenty of reminders that they don't do any kind of refunds, and make u wait days for your purchase.if you're in a bind or expecting to have your vehicle on the road the same day, this is not the place to go......... I wish I could give zero stars .

    Bought a used rear end for my 2006 Chevy Tahoe. Received wrong one And now I have many lights on my dash. Abs/ brake / traction control and I keep calling and they say ( we will have a manager to call you back in 30 minutes.) no one has called me back or offered be a refund and I paid almost 500 for it ! ( Will change the review if y’all actually help )

    Dawn, is the most despicable person in customer service I ever had to deal with and the parts are overpriced. This place is a JOKE!!! Go somewhere else and buy your parts; I promise you, you will thank me later!!!

    I think the rude lady people are speaking of is the owner from all these reviews. Lady you clearly do not know how to treat customers. I'm in the market for some things and after reading these reviews I'll never shop here.

    Great place to buy inexpensive parts! You pay for what you get!!! If you want something with a warranty buy it new! Otherwise there are signs everywhere stating once you buy the part it's a done deal! Not rude at all very nice & friendly people.

    Apparently it takes over 24hrs to remove a hood.. Costumer service garbage They make you pay before even seeing it They call you “when it’s ready” which basically means when they feel like giving you what you paid for. 0 stars.

    FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I had to replace a 17" rim and no other salvage yard had one including Central Georgia...but these guys were the only ones that offered to search for/order one for me. everyone else gave me the no sorry and hung up treatment. And the wheel they found was a brand new wheel at a way fraction of the cost it would have cost me to get it OEM at the dealership. I'm so impressed I asked them to grab me another rim. Thanks Dawn and company!!!

    Been in this place on several occasions, first time my choice, the times after have been out of necessity. If I had another option at the time I would have taken it. I have a new yard option now, that lets ME go get my part. I haven't been back to Central GA Auto Salvage since. They act like they don't need customers, you can see by the responses from the business below. I rest my case.

    This place is a nightmare. Lady at the front was rude, had no idea WHERE the part was that I came for, ZERO ORGANIZATION, etc. That's fine, I'll take my business to someone that wants my money. Do not recommend.

    The lady behind the desk argued with me and tried to sell me broken/missing parts not worth saving 60$. She was very rude and childish. I will never go back here agian.

    Went there on friday the 23 Oct and the lady was was very rude by saying I know you dad and he can going in get parts he's need but I dont know you so you can can come in I recommend she be replaced cause she sure doesn't know how to treat ppl and there was a black coplue ahead Me that she was so nice to either

    Do not do business with central Georgia Auto Savage.. on hwy 247 in Warner Robins I bought a window motor and regulator from them yesterday and the clips and cable was all messed up and when I took it back they accused me of tampering with it and would not give me a refund only a in house credit of $35.00 for a $53.00 part... THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO OTHERS

    Bad customer service from the person at the window I had call earlier to check of they had a radio the other young lady told me they had so I went the ladi at window said she need it code number so came back home got picture of what she so got back she I don't have it so I can't rate t central georgia auto salvage I would give them minus 5 stars just my opinion

    I've had 3 complete engines to buy over the past 6 months and Ron went WAY beyond the call of duty to help me with some parts that were damaged. I really appreciated their help - that's hard to find these days.

    I ordered and paid for a tail light assembly almost 40.00 dollars they told me they would let me know when it was ready I sat in my car for over 30 mins went back up to the window they said oh it won’t be ready till tomorrow ok why not tell me before hand and I would have saved my 40.00 dollars

    the lady at the front counter is rude and very disrespectful towards me I was the first person to arrive at open hours and I'm still here waiting on my part.. 3 hours later very unorganized!

    Do not come here take your money somewhere else they sold me a running motor put it in my car it wasn’t running they don’t stand behind their product had a 90 day warranty they wouldn’t refund but gave me another motor exact same thing put it in not running out of labor money

    I called for a motor I was told they had then I was to km d it would be a couple of days before they could pull it.So I waited 2 days called back & now they saying they gotta find 1 after I done paid for the motor already..this my last time shopping with them & not gonna refer them 2 anyone.
