I had a situation. I called a well known place to sell my car to a junkyard, That place quoted a certain number and as the driver recited the number on the check to be issued, it was short 80 dollars. I called Pepe's Auto Wreckers, they were awesome. They topped off the other place's price. Pepe's was fast efficient and respectable. They won my respect.

They have listed a part on line, however, after 3 days of calling, leaving a message and emailing them, finally I was able to get through and sure enough they do not have it and if they did, they won't ship it to me. I don't understand how they remain in business for not being responsive to their customers and updating their ad description properly.Service: Part finding & extracting

These guys are great I showed up 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they still took the time to get me the part I needed which was out of stock at autozone and oreillys Amazon was a five day wait so I was between a rock and a hard place and these guys far exceeded my expectations for customer service

I called and asked some questions about a engine they hang up on me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The lady on the phone is rude and has "NO" knowledge of what the hell they are selling. Expects you to know them because you're the one buying parts. I mean...most reputable dismantler or auto wrecking yard will gladly tell you "YES" this engine or transmission fits that year and model of your car!!! Hell, I'd be happy if she said that regardless of it being true or not, rather than argue with you which she did and rudely hung up the phone afterwards...I guess this place doesn't like selling parts, which leads me to wonder why are they even open? If I was the owner and reading this...I'd get me a more knowledgeable and friendlier staff to answer the phone...

(Do not buy from them) They give you 90day warranty on a part that does not work at all and get mad wen you go tell them you want to exchange, avoiding you saying there busy to go back in 1hr and do the same wen you go back. poor quality of employees from the guy who sweeps to the ladys in office all a buch of thieves. Service was horrible. I called, arranged a pick up & at the end there was no sale. I called the #s listed, they would answer & tell me they were going to call me right back..... 2 weeks later, & still no call back... I call them, they send me straight to voicemail... Wouldn't recommend a place that treats their customers like trash.
