Great company, I've been to all three of their locations and they're always willing to help and they always greet you with a smile and a welcome in. Knowledgeable and helpful team, came in for a transmission and left with one same price I was quoted upon entry. They also make sure to suggest taking a picture of your receipt just in case you lose it. Great group of gentlemen.

How much is a center console? $16. At check out, “Well I see you have a center console, a center console lid, 2 cup holders, a cigarette lighter, hardware and a padded insert. That $16 center console is $55 doll hairs hahaha.” Oh and your kids have to sit in the car while you run for the piece you already removed but forgot to grab. That they charged me again for…South Greeley is not somewhere normal people leave their kids. Ddddbbbaaagggssss!

It is what it is. If you are wanting unbroken interior trim pieces, uncut wiring harnesses, etc, you're better off going to the yards in Denver. One front desk guy seems to have the attitude of "I'm always right" and can't be bothered with questions. It's Cheyenne, so it's expected.

Cleaner than the old junkyard that was there. The website will tell you one price, but if you go out there and get what you need you can expect to pay much more than they have listed and some parts will have close to parts store prices. Call Buds. They don't let you pull your own part but are reasonable to deal with and won't gouge your wallet after you did all the work.

Usually pretty good place to get parts. Today I pulled an axle shaft from a rear-end at the counter I was told that I would have to pay $115 for the cost of the whole rear end assembly. The guy at the counter wouldn't sell me just the axle shaft that is listed in the part price list at $26. I told them to keep it, no way am I getting price gouged. The guy I dealt with today wasn't normally who is there when I get parts. Be careful fellow junkyard pickers seems like this guy doesn't care. Tall, brown hair, and heavy set was who was at the counter not sure of his name.

Inside employees are helpfull and courtiouse. Outside staff are better at pointing and grunting than normal communication. It was hard to keep my cool. An operator told me to park it so he could unload me. Another employee came and vociferously yelled at me for being in the wrong place. Not a very good interaction. I will drive 40 miles to drop scrap form now on

Prices for parts not too bad but if you're there to sell metal don't expect too much because they don't pay a lot for what you've got and if you're there to sell a car you need to have a clear title in your name notarized and then they don't pay a lot for that either. Thanks for reading my reviews

Total waste of my time. I called the yard to bring an old vehicle in and they gave me a decent quote over the phone. One hour later I brought them the vehicle and they immediately offered me half the price we previously discussed. The mechanics and heavy equipment workers in the back seem friendly and helpful but the guys working up front at the desk had no idea what they were doing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It was the first time I had been there. Their driveway was a bit unclear, but everyone was cordial and helpful. The building and all were clean, considering that this is not only a place to recycle my vans, but they also sell salvaged and wrecked autos and trucks. Today they were paying $.50 a pound for aluminum cans! The most in town!👍

Overpriced ..$35 for a bald tire that I would have had to take off the car myself. Then I'd have to pay more for them to take the rim off unless I wanted to add another $43 to it. Customer service wasnt great. I would have rather dealt with Sanford & Son than this guy.

Awesome place. Cleanest yard I have ever been to. Nice car selection. I been to Los Angeles Denver greeley yards and many more. Nice front check in. Patient with me bringing up seats and leaving them up front to get more. Like the pull carts they let you use. People are nice. Employee those that find it hard to get a job elsewhere so that's nice. Gave me a fair price. Helped explain where the dang car was and best organized one I have EVER seen, EVER! They tell what's compatable with your car for years row and everything. I called up to get prices staying at the car. They let daddy hang out for hours up front. They have an awesome child room! Seriously never seen that before. Books toys and shuts with a door! Safe. Coming back so often I am super excited! Remember ladies can pull parts too...

website says nothing about having a title notarized, stood around at scale for 20 min while employee cursed and poked at a device, before i was told to come back. guy driving vehicle in yard also rude, they both should be fired. took my scrap vehicle to Bud's wrecking instead, much nicer experience.

Found a dash pad for a 1995 Ford F150 in Mint condition with no cracks and got it for $11. (They are $100 online.) I don't know what Nick's deal was, but I have never experienced any negative customer service from ANY of the staff at CAM. Affordable prices and a great selection in the U-pull yard, and fair pricing and smooth processes on the metal sale side. Overall, some of the best customer service and fair deals I have seen at any salvage yard.

Worst place i have ever been to in my life. I realize that this is the only place in town that you can pick your own parts but that dosnt mean that you can treat people any way you feel like. The owner is a great guy but his employee that work tge front counter is the worst person i have ever talked to and should be fired. I will never go back and to everyone else it is worth going to Colorado just so you dont have to deal with him.

Bought a battery there 3 days ago. Wouldn't exchange or offer even a credit. Had debit card receipt. Evidently I didn't have the right receipt and there wasn't a mark on it. Guy working told me I didn't buy it there. Evidently he has never missed marking a battery or giving out the second receipt.

The staff was very freidly amd helpfull. If youre looking to find a part for your vehicle and they have the vehicle youre looking for, and are mechanically inclined. Then this place is like a candy store. I could have looked for hrs for what I could use On my car. I'll be BACK

I have been a repeat customer of Cheyenne Auto & Metal since they opened. I was thrilled to get a local U-Pill It in Cheyenne and wanted to support them. I found some wheels on a car that I wanted to purchase. The wheels had tires on them, 2 of which were very bad. I brought over 4 wheels with tires mounted as a core. I have no way of removing the tires myself. The owner ( I assume owner since he said " I " instead of " We ") of this operation told me 5 times with a very rude attitude " I DO NOT want your tires " and that he "will not take the wheels with tires on them" Now the wheels I brought he could have resold as they were rare 15" Ponitiac Firebird "Aero" wheels. In the same rude attitude he said " I have too many tires I can't get rid of and I do NOT want your tires" and " I WILL charge you for the tires that are on the wheels you want, If you do not want them you will be charged $3 per tire to dismount" but nothing about letting me pay for them to dismount the tires from the wheels I brought ( Which I would have payed for ) Just the same " I do NOT want your tires " over and over out of this mans mouth. He had the attitude of " I do not want your business " so I said "OK" and walked out. I deal with customers on a daily basis. I think about repeat business with them and possible referral from them when I speak. This person obviously does not care. If it is inconvenient for him, he doesn't care if it costs him money. His words should have been " We cannot accept tires mounted to wheels as core returns, but for $3 per tire we can dismount them for you and give them back" or have a $5 recycling fee for the tires just like tire shops have. I also do not understand how you can be in this kind of business and not have a way to get rid of tires? where the hell do they go? there are more cars in the lot than tires for purchase. Any tire seller or repair shop that sells tires, pays to have the old tires recycled. Which is why there is a disposal fee attached to the price of the tire. These guys can't do the same thing? I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner from the U Pull It in Greeley Co and will never again do business with Cheyenne Auto & Metal.

Terrible customer service the last 2 times I've been there. First time was to drop off scrap we got a whopping $30.89 for a truck load of engine parts. When we went to cash out the ticket they only gave us $30 and said they round down to the closest dollar. Today I called to inquire about parts and the guy straight hung up on me after telling me he didn't have that particular vehicle in stocks.

Inconsistent pricing. Don't follow the price list. Charge A LOT for plastic that will be ground and melted down anyway. Think you are there to steal an engine or quarter panel or something. Always new employees too.

Sounds like not a lot at this place has changed, they illegally locked me in a room there with my friend when I was 16 because they thought I broke a window. Honestly writing this because I'm surprised to see this place is still operating 5 years later.
