Easy to find the part I needed on line. Easy to place the order and pay. I live in Mass near the Cape, I received part in about a week. The brake light assembly was as listed in excellent condition. Minor complaint is that my online order didn’t provide status update online or via email. Will buy from them again. 👍🏻👍🏻

Literally the worst business out there! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! I was doing business with them for a customers car and they constantly sent me broken parts, I never made a fuss about it as the representative was helpful at the time in sending new parts and taking the broken parts back. This past month I received a called from them stating I owed them money for parts which is impossible as when I order parts I give my card number to the representative and make sure my payment went through before he ships the part. Turns out i ordered two extra parts and they would not take them back even to just clear the balance. They accused me of not returning the broken parts and are not understanding even during this period of Covid wreaking havoc on the auto industry. I suggest if you are in the auto industry and want quality parts that are not broken look else where as they send broken parts and when you return them they accuse of never receiving them. Their billing department does not know how to keep track of billing when you order multiple times and you end up spending more, and customer service wise they are not understanding about taking parts back if you order 1 or 2 more accidentally. they even insulted me in asking to buy the parts back for $4 when I spent over $300 for them.

Very bad experience, told me that used part was in good condition and it was probably the worst I have seen. Have to pay same amount of money to recondition it I could of got a brand new one.All they did is apologize. Waisted time, waisted long trip, waisted money. Very disappointed. Do not trust anything they telling you.

I just entered 10 different parts for 4 different cars they don’t have nothing. 2003 expedition 2007 mustang 2018 grand Cherokee 2012 ram cv. Unreal ? Radio …bumpers …engine ….transmission…… still waiting on a call back. They just texted me. Nothing….

The customer service is basically non existent. Made an appointment 1 week in advance to have a car picked up for junk. 2 hour time window and a promise of a phone call. Guess what didn't happen. No phone call saying it's gonna be delayed and no tow truck. Called at the end of the 2 hour window to see what was going on and was answered by a women who couldn't care less. " Were busy " was the basic response I got. Over 3 hours later I got a call from a different person saying" trucks on its way ". Oh joy, more waiting! 4 o'clock and it's finally come and gone. Only 4 hours for what took 15 mins. No apology, no half hearted sorry for the inconvenience from anyone. Wasting someone's time is a slap of disrespect to the face, to then be rude about it is insult to injury. Apparently this company isn't concerned about repeat business or you. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for your automotive needs. I see plenty of other recent 1 star reviews echoing the same issues. Will not be seeing any of my business again that's for sure. Hopefully no one else will have to experience this kind of negligence, tho I'm sure they will.

Great people!!!!! Great prices.. Chuck and Eddie's by far is the best place to find whatever used auto parts you may need. If by chance they do not have the part which is not too often they will go the extra mile and do a search.

I love going to chuck and Eddie's. They are well organized and they make it as easy as possible to get parts off the cars by putting them all on top of rims. They are now also opened on Sundays til 3:30 as well
