Restoring my 1983 van. It had a broken turn signal assembly and sadly the part was no longer made. I searched for two weeks and about to give up when I found the Citi Auto Parts page. I submitted their form and got a phone response the next day. They worked with me to understand the exact part I needed, (sent me photos so I could confirm the part they had was what I needed), quoted me the price and the shipping cost, and sent me the secure link to complete my payment. The part was delivered in four days. It was a fragile part and it arrived well packaged to prevent breakage and in great condition. The same Citi Auto representative that originally helped me called 10 days later to ensure the part arrived and that I was happy with it. WOW! I wasn't expecting such wonderful customer service.I am so very happy with my Citi Auto experience and highly recommend this business to anyone searching for used car parts.Thank you Citi Auto!!
