Customer service, next to non-existent. They employ a second party answering service to take your message. A 24-48 hour response time is quoted. We've called on 3 occasions over the past week without the courtesy of a response. Whether or not these messages actually reach anyone at city carting is an open question. It may be they are simply tossed into the trash. I'd hope some other company is picking up that trash, otherwise it's likely just sitting around piling up. Try calling one of their competitors. I have; an actual company employee at the competitor picked up the phone, on the second ring even. We had a lovely conversation about switching my trash removal to their company.
