Having issues in the middle of the summer with your car AC is no fun & borderline dangerous, especially with two kids. Almost closing time, crossed my fingers and called it in hoping they would take it in. Bridget helped out immensely. She made the process very nice and smooth and put us in the new model truck within minutes of closing. Upon returning, Carol was nice and understanding of my hectic schedule and let me bring it in after hours. These wonderful ladies made what's usually a pain in the rear a total breeze.

After having someone total my car I was left in a bind with no way to get to work or class. I was pressed for time when it came to finding a new vehicle so I didn't want to beat around the bush. All of the other dealerships I went to tried to push vehicles I wasn't interested in on me and made me feel like I was a walking dollar sign instead of a customer. Thankfully Classic Auto Group came to my rescue. Erik only showed me vehicles with the specifics that I asked for and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. I regrets buy my car at Galveston Chevrolet. Customer service is the worse I had in my whole life. They are good before close the deal after that forget ,they are rude,they put you on hold until you get tired and turn off the phone. They don't value their customers at all. Have a lady that answers the phone and yelled at me ....I am thinking seriously take this car back,a few years of bad credit is nothing comparing with the bad customer service Galveston Chevrolet has. I should have buy from Sugarland Classic Chevrolet. I got a car 3 years ago with them and today they are the same as 3 years ago. I learned my lesson for sure.

Purchased my third car from classic auto. The car has given me problems since the second month. Every time I need a repair it is always a week or so longer wait and the price is outrageous. The customer service is okay at times but could be a lot better. I won't purchase another car from classic again.
