Like most places theses days; the "customer service person" at the window is too busy tasked with other online bs to help you. The hidden fees are hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Oh, and even if you are the high bidder on a nationwide auction, after the auction closes if they think you got too good of deal or they can get more... They just re-list the item and tell you they moved the sale date out a few more weeks.

1st things 1st. I drove 600 miles to go to this auction and view the vehicles before bidding. I would recommend this to everybody. I placed my bids at the auction site to save on fees and then went to my hotel room to watch the auction. Crazy high bids on some items that I knew were junk and not worth the money that the bids were coming in as. I may have been that guy if I didn't go to inspect these vehicles. Some bids were coming in from Mexico, Bolivia and Guatemala. I really dont know how these guys expect to pay for, pick up and ship these thing to their countries. It seems that it would be cost prohibited. I would guess they will just lose their deposits and they will re-auction them. Next, Pay close attention to the fees. I knew what they were and was still a little shocked paying close to $200 in fees for a $300 bid. I dont think everyone who bids on this stuff realizes this. So not only did some people overpay big time for a locked up, wrecked motorcycle, they also paid huge fees on top of their mistake. Now , the good news. The two ladies that work at the front desk went out of their way to help me. I was expecting some of the worst behaved employees by reading the other reviews, If I lived closer, I would probably be close friends with these two gals. They were very pleasant , knowledgeable and happy to assist me. They looked like they were over worked on most days but actually took the time to explain things to me that they didn't have to. They could have easily said to just read the policies on the website. 5 stars for the front desk. After my money wire finally came in, the warehouse guys in the back helped me load up my trailer. They too were pleasant and jovial. My overall experience with this place was awesome as far as the people. The fees were very high in my opinion but I knew this before bidding. I wish they would include them into the bid so everyone could see what they were actually paying at the time. Or maybe just start the auction off with a reserve price that would cover the fees so everyone was aware of the final cost. I recommend this business but caution you to do your homework before bidding.

Closed on Friday Nov. 29 2019 without posting anything online and phone lines say they’re open. Copart has no clue as to why they’re not open. Paid $500 for a truck to pick up a lot and couldn’t pick the lot up. All they did was put a sign on the door but did not post anything online anywhere about being closed.

How this location. 3... Central 65 .10 or 311???? Doesn't have Wi-Fi is definitely a numbness to its services.. They're making money. Visiting and seeing what people are selling as crashed is troubling. Finding floor space TLC and character out dated... Doesn't sit well seeing how the cycle is changing pace. Guess it'll grow on ya

I am still on hold as I write this review. 18 minutes and counting, they have no problem taking $1,000 from me to bid but won't answer the phone. This is the 2nd time I've been on hold like this, horrible service for a world wide company!!!!!!!!!
