Continental Scrap Metal has stated on their website that they price match their competitors and this is simply not true. Whoever is working the desk, depending on if their in a good mood or not, will choose if they’re going to match a particular day or not. I was Ignored and disrespected when I reminded the gentlemen at the desk what their website said. I guess the magic words to get them to hold true to their word is to ask for the corporate number where I’ll get an unbiased, professional decision. Horrible customer service.Steve- you’re the man, though!
