⭐ Worst Experience Ever at Copart!<br><br>I came here to pick up a car and ended up waiting for over three hours with absolutely no help and no communication from anyone. Nobody seems to care, the staff is rude or just ignores you, and the management is completely useless — if there even is any! This place is a total mess. Nothing is organized, nobody knows what’s going on, and the customer service is just terrible.<br><br>If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this location at all costs — they clearly don’t value their customers’ time or respect anyone’s business.

Just wanna put my concern in the location that they are very rude and unprofessional Customer service they ignored me almost like one hour and a half been waiting to check one car nobody cares. They don’t even look at me. I was waiting on that waiting couch like a stupid And they are million of them inside not doing anything by ignoring other people needs …. question why you are hiring people and get more people and more people inside the facility if you don’t even care about customer, do you think we have no time or we don’t care about time or we just wasting time by coming here? I need a good answer from the management
