    Ghost town, no lines, but yet they still want you to make an appointment and wait at least 25!! I mean, you guys are doing nothing and there is no other customer 🤦🏻‍♂️ The most unhelpful and un educated staff, shame on you

    It would be nice if the people inside the office weren't slacking as much. The loaders are faster than them. There's literally nobody outside yet I've to wait close to an hour for paperwork.I wish somebody would read this and do something about it. But as always they will ignore it.

    Great customer service. They returned my calls promptly. I needed my license plates back so I could exchange them at the DMV. They had to search through thousands of license plates to find mine and they did and overnighted them to me.

    Great Experience in that there was no Line. Nice helpful people, like Miss G. But don't Use the Bathroom!!!! The most Disgusting Thing I have ever seen Pre or Post Covid.

    The girl in the title office does not know what the hell she is doing. we've been missing a title for two months. and requested a title to be mailed and still haven't received it. Filled out the forms and had questions on legal time frame to recieve titles and they left me on hold. Couldn't answer any of my questions regarding title work.

    They are rude no customer service i literally go in and they speak no problem. I guy comes in after me the lady gets up and help him but don't help me waited 15 minutes and another customer got helped. Wasted my time coming

    These people are the biggest crooks on earth. Bought a 2015 transit connect pictures show keys in them then I pick up the van and no keys , they told me they don’t know where they are and they can’t do nothing. If you conduct a business where your own employees steal from the customers you better be ashamed of yourself. Worst copart so far .

    Shoot 5his people. I guess the have to take license plates off. When car get tow there. Then they loose them. Really ??
