He came and picked my car up quickly and I didn't even have to worry about being there for it. He was excellent at communicating when he was picking up my car and when he was getting to the shop so I could meet him there. He even texted me confirmation pictures so I knew everything was good!

When I called, he was about an hour away. He said he'd be there at "10:47" and he wasn't kidding! He rolled up right on time. The price he quoted was fair and didn't change. Bob was very professional and outgoing. If I ever need towed again (let's hope not!) I'll be calling this guy.

These guys are the best, we were here at Gettysburg when our truck broke down. It took only 20 minutes to get to us, and to load it on his truck. He was supper friendly, and made sure we were safely on the auto transporter. I can not recommend these guys enough, they definitely saved my day.

I just used Cramer's for the first time last night. The man I spoke to took great concerns in my own about having clearance issues with my car. I personally worked with Joe (driver) who went above and beyond my car was not damaged or harmed in any way at all even in the pouring down rain. Definitely recommend them to anyone, especially Joe. Super nice guy and genuinely cares about "your" vehicle.

The owner Rob was very fair in price, understanding, and quick! Steve called me right away when he couldn't find the address. Was also very professional, patient and understanding of my cituation. My truck was all the way down in Fort Loudon and I needed it to be brought to Shippensburg and since my truck was broken down I had to wait for a ride. They were kind enough to let me drop off the keys (only 15-20min away) so I didn't have to wait and find a ride 50min away back down to Ft. Loudon. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend Cramer's Towing to anyone that needs a tow!Thanks again guys!!!

The worst customer service ever! Called to cancel a towing for specific reasons and all I got over the phone was attitude. I could write a whole statement but I’ll just leave it at this. If you are looking for a towing company please look elsewhere cause God forbid something comes up and you have to cancel your tow, you’ll just get cursed at like they did to me.. If I could give you no stars I would.I called and you said you had “nothing better to do” and that’s a busy day??? It’s okay you cursed when you were going to hang up. It’s okay, it’s not like this is going to ruin your business.. Have a great day..
