Needed a headlight assembly that no other parts place in the area had for less than $350. Kevin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It blew my mind that they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price of $175, shipped out overnight and I had it installed ready to light up the night in less than 24 hours. These guys have saved me hassle and delays multiple times including back a year ago when they were again the only parts place that had the exact tire rim for my Subaru after a terrible pot hole bent my front rim on Lover's Leap. I would highly recommend these guys over and over again. Thank you!!

On hold for 25 minutes the first time, hung up & finally after another 15 minutes someone answered & asked "if I could hold".....🙄 Mike in the parts office is arrogant, & RUDE but then again EVERYONE I spoke with in person was rude & acted like it was an inconvenience to help me & acted like I was dumb. I went to customer service for help & the lady said I needed to talk to Daniel & she would have him call me (which he didn't) When I picked up my parts they were missing hardware & MIKE said I didn't "specify" that I needed it, which happened to be the hardware you mount them with which is pretty IMPORTANT. I was told "This is a salvage yard, what do you expect" REALLY?!?!? I expect the parts & the necessary hardware to install them but I guess that was dumb of me... Long story short, the Parts Department is rude & had to call the Richmond office to find the vehicle in their OWN YARD! 🤣Good luck if ya go here...0⭐️'sP.S. STEVE IS VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY!

Beware! Spoke to Clay, ext 313, he said the front axle beam for fordf250/f350 will be full assembly, came in 5 days later than was promised , came without rotors, calipers and pads. He decided to transport from VA instead of selling me local one. Waisted 5 days going back and forth with him and with Va yard manager and they refused to issue a refund. Ridiculous! Never recommend anyone to deal with shady junk yard!

Never allow them to tell you who or where to go get your engine put in. Employee Mike told ne to take my car to Terry and have Terry put my engine in, and Terry destroyed my car. Now I have to pay $7000 for a transmission replacement because Terry failed to put in the fluids when he installed the engine and the install was very poorly done. The mechanic who is looking at my car now says the job Terry did was completely unprofessional.

How better can it get than same-day service with a smile??? I've never done this before in my life, but it was time for a vehicle to go. Everyone recommended Cunningham's. I called, got a quote, and within an hour, a wrecker came and picked up the vehicle. I drover over, delivered my title and picked up my check. All the time, the people at Cunningham's were AMAZING! Why can't every business work so simply and efficiently?

Mike in sales is incredibly rude and needs to learn to listen to his customers, instead of transfer them mid-sentence twice in a row.Heather was lovely. Would give her 5 stars.Overall, this place has many options and found what I needed.

I had to replace the transmission in my 2011 Jeep Patriot when in stopped working in December of 2020. I worked with my mechanic to purchase a new transmission and lifetime warranty from Cunningham Brothers and it was installed in January of 2021. After only months of working the transmission has failed in April 2021. Cunningham Brothers will not honor the warranty on the transmission because my brother has been using the vehicle for the last few months. The company's use of this legal loophole in the warranty is a clear avoidance of standing behind what was obviously a faulty product. I am shocked that such a reputable company would treat its customers this way.Edit to response: You all sold me a defective transmission and then refused to honor fixing it despite the fact it stopped working 3 months after it was installed. The name changed occurred after I gave it to my brother (who lives with me), it never even changed addresses. You are not standing behind your product here. You did not even try to offer to cover half a replacement or offer any resolution. Just because you are not legally obligated to do anything still does not make your response right. I would still like to settle this situation and would be happy to discuss a resolution.

I bought a used engine through another store and had nothing but problems with it. The warranty company they have is in Texas. What a joke. I tried dealing with them directly but they were so rude and unprofessional. I finally had to buy a remain engine. They also didn't refund me all of my money. Lessons learned I will not ever again buy from a junkyard. Supposed to have had a lifetime warranty. Oh no. Good luck with that one.
