L&B can't be beat.Super honest staff, and just all around good people.Servicing your car here is much better than the dealership too.

Good cars and service at very reasonable prices. They are quite busy so access to the repair shop is not necessarily timely and the location is off the beaten path.

I brought my 2007 XC70 to L&B for a total suspension refresh while on a road trip. Justin welcomed me, took down my vehicle information and let me know the time frame. When my XC70 was finished it drove like the day it was new. I had taken my XC70 to previous shops for estimates but Justin was able to come in at a much better price. I live quite far from L&B but I won't hesitate to make the trip again, it was worth it.Added 10/2020 - I drove 7 hours from Atlanta to have L&B replace the steering rack and subframe bushings on my other XC70. While in the parking lot I met another customer who drives hours to service their Volvo here as well. They don't advertise.. it's all word of mouth.

Great place if you need to sell your old cars. Beats the heck out of Pick and Save. Gave me 100 bucks more than I was looking for. Justin is great to work with. Honest and friendly.

I usually do my own work. Timing belt came due and some of my handy worked proved to be a bit not handy, accompanied with tie rod & balljoints. They repaired my tiny mistakes and did great work. If you own a Volvo there is not a dealer or repair shop as knowledgeable and equipped in a 100 mile radius. Justin does a great job explaining your Volvo. If you understand the little "quirks" accompanied with your Volvo - you can get 1 million miles out of it, and he explains it in understandable terms.

I've owned a couple vehicles from them myself, never have any problems with their service or their work. I always keep them in the back of my mind, & you should too. You WILL save a ton of money & still get excellent quality.

I Love L&B! Everyone there is fantastic and super easy going but precise on their work. We've been going for a little over year now and you just cannot beat L&B in Virginia or any nearby states. Unless life takes me somewhere else far from L&B they will ALWAYS be my first, no question, choice no matter what the situation is if I live in a 500 mile radius. Wither you need parts, servicing or want to buy a vehicle they are the best.

For years, I have no doubt paid more for the convenience and comforts of having my Volvo serviced at the Volvo dealership in Lynchburg, but not anymore. After that dealership said that my left front axle was broke and the repair would be $2200, I knew the good folks at L & B could surely do better than that price. I made my appointment, took the car to L & B and was pleasantly surprised to see a canopy set up outside with folding chairs for outdoor seating if you so desired. It was fortunately a beautiful day as I expected to be there for quite some time. Maybe 30-45 minutes after checking my car in, Justin came out and told me my car was ready and that the axle was not broke and in fact was fine. He said they tightened up a couple of bolts on it and did a front end alignment, but that that was all. I walked out paying $60 instead of $2200!! Honest, local company that surely made a believer out of this girl. The parking lot is a bit confusing. The service area/waiting room is a bit cramped, but all of that pales with the value received. Highly recommend.
