By far the most friendly and courteous staff in Klamath Falls. Their hydraulics department has everything you could ever need for old and new hoses and fittings. The staff is exceptionally good at what they do, I have never encountered anybody in a bad mood, everybody is always kind and courteous. The way they make people feel makes you wanna shop there forever. They have vast resources of which to order from which makes it possible to restore very old vehicles or equipment because they can find parts that are hard to get. They get five stars because they are worthy of such and are also worthy of your business. They will treat you with dignity and respect as they have me.

I needed a deep cycle rv battery and some cables. They had the battery I needed and made me a pair of custom cables with ends that are as good as any factory made cable. I like doing business with local companies and when the prices and service is exceptional I will be a repeat customer.

We get are hydraulic hoses replaced here and always have great customer service. Great people.

DNR has come a long way since last few years as the store has expanded quite a bit with inventory and how I remodeled their main customer service area as there is more product out and better organized in previous years and it's only shop here in town I believe that has a hydraulic repair or makeup hydraulic lines and stuff Department there on hand. The owner is really nice there is friendly and I'll be more than glad to talk to you.

Joe was very helpful. They recycle dead batteries and pay you a refund. I brought in a dead car battery I had laying around and got $5 for it. They also sell car parts and accesories. Aisles are spacious and store is bright and airy. On street parking but I didn't have a problem parking at the front door.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The best part is that they make custom hydraulic lines as well as STAINLESS STEEL TEFLON LINES! For you racecar people out there, this is where you should go for parts.

I have stood in this store and heard the bookkeeper and one of the sales people talk about someone that came in for the first time and they marked the price up 50% just because he had never been into there store. What a way to conduct your business

A very small but personable auto supply store near the downtown area. The staff are courteous and very helpful, I would come back to check for auto supplies I need in the future.
