I wish I could give 0 stars, they don't deserve 1. Horrible customer service. Gave an attitude as soon as we pulled in. Wouldn't let me explain what I wanted to scrap. In a most disrespectful tone said he won't take propane tanks, ok whatever. When we were leaving my Dad asked my nephew to ask if he just wanted them for free and the guy starts yelling at him. I jumped out and was ready to teach him a lesson but my Dad stopped me because I'm on parole. I can't believe that guy made it to the age he is.Also don't believe the positive feedback here, it's just them and their families postingHORRIBLE...... HORRIBLE...... HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I called and ask if they take havahart cat traps and got my head cut off. When he was done his rant I said I was asking because one was stolen from me. He accused me of doing the run around and went on another nasty rant and ended with “nobody is stealing cat traps around here” and hung up on me. Well someone did steal a cat trap. Never ever ever will call this place or have anyone I know use this place. Worst customer service for the few words I even got out.

Apparently there is a "100lb" minimum on steel. Got a nice lecture from a guy who loves to give instructions via forklift. Says he has to stop what hes doing to pay me 2$. What a joke of a place to do business. I had 40lbs minimum. Of course you, the customer, cannot see their scale so you have to assume they're paying you fairly unless you weigh it beforehand.

I will never do business with them again. I came there to sell my aluminum windows and doors that I pulled from work. From the moment I arrived the people there were rude. I had questions about the pricing, but they didn't like that. I wanted to know the difference between clean, and siding aluminum. The guy kept yelling, "DO YOU WANNA SELL IT, OR DO YOU WANNA TAKE IT BACK!?". I kept saying "listen, I wanna sell it but I just want to know the difference between the two". So finally after arguing back and forth for 5 minutes straight, the guy ended up telling me,. They also made me cut out all the screens, which is understandable for the screens that aren't aluminum. But they made me cut the aluminum screens as well. So whatever I let it go. They paid me .35 cents per pound. I understand it's that time of the year when price of aluminum is low. I went home for the other load. This time I called a scrap yard in Trenton. Asked how much they pay for clean aluminum. Their price is .39 cents per pound. I went there. I regret not going there in the first place. They were much more helpful, answered all my questions, and let me keep the aluminum mesh in the screens. Oh, and they said that if I become a regular there that they will start paying me more for my loads. So I became a member there. My point is don't go to this poop hole.

They do not show you the weight when you enter and exit the scale. They used to show it, but now seems like it’s not true weight.

They shorted me 40 pounds of copper, when asked about it the owner got really angry and rude with me. You'll never catch me near that dump again
