Been looking for a transmission for our daughter. Found one here, paid up front, was supposed to come back after the pulled the transmission. On my way there They called and changed the price to 800 more than what I already paid. I went and got my money back. They should have honored what they said. I'm contacting the better bureau too and the news. Bad business go elsewhere

Good experience getting parts on this place. Ask for Nicky he is a good person to talk.

Do not do business with these folks .. after you paid for the part they call and change the price.. they don't honor shit here. Go elsewhere.

This is the most scamy place I have ever been too. We got told 150 for the fender and bumper support. We get it pulled off and he changed the price to $500 just for the bumper support! And guess what... we are women so he tries to scam women. DO NOT GO HERE. I told him he needs to pay us labor because we pulled it and now he is price jumping us. He didn't like that. So he gave us the fender for $81. Response to owner: Now he's trying to call me a liar. Wow! You... you are the one who tried to sell a bumper support for $500. We found another place that sold us one for $150. And also it's gender not race, BTW. And yall also have so many other bad reviews as well, so they speak for themselves. Also he tried to say on other reviews that it's not a pick and pull but we took it off. I suggest if you do go here record it!

Don't come here. They don't honor their prices Even after you paid already.. shady ah
- CCohen Doporto
Called for a rear bumper and they quoted $150 walked in, found it, they said $150. After i came with my tools to take it off they chamged their mind and said "least i can do is $300" scammy place. Do not even try to do business with these people.

Nice place to buy parts. Very nice people. Help even when they don't have it. Tell you where to get it, give me the name and phone number of the shop they are sending you. Even make calls on your behalf. Thanks, dfw.

This place sells overpriced parts go to pick n pull instead. I was looking for a transmission, went next door, and got it for a third of the price. Reply to your comment: First thing is I don't ever rate a place whether it's bad or good service, as you can see I only have one bad review and that's your location. I don't go looking around at business models of a salvage yard, when looking to buy parts. When I asked for a transmission I was given different prices and seems as if you made up of the fly. As for pick n pull there was a gentleman who anyone can ask for from at the front desk and can pull it out for like $100, he also installs as well. All in all the transmission cost, plus removal, and installation costs less than to buy it at your salvage yard. You have a sign in your office that says if someone gives you a review they get 5% off, so don't be upset when someone gives their honest opinion. I'll be expecting that discount next ok. Just to let you know you misspelled "disgruntled".

Don't come here unless you have a price point set prior. They want you to come pull the parts then "Will talk about the price"...so you pull the parts then the owner will tell you how much it is...no negotiation whatsoever, their price or you leave. Pretty much you worked pulling the parts for them for free. Unfair pricing because they know they already got you in the door with the parts pulled using your own time and power. Btw, I showed up the day before at 5:20, they closed at 5:30....pretty much turned me away who was willing to spend $. I felt like a burden for them to stay open a few minutes later. Glad I didn't tho.

Really bad service changes de prices at lot be careful with this place
- FFsunka
Tried to get a part today next door for $75, but it was sold out. The nice person told me it was available at this place. The owner makes up a random price of $250 while it was listed by them for $125. That's insane and dishonest. He laughed and said it must be a mistake when I said the guy next door just sold it for $75, but I went back next door and it was true with others available for $100 at other nearby junkyards.
- JJose Fierro
Said they had 3 available parts but only had one when I got there and it was damaged. They took 2 hours to pull out the part when at most it takes 30 minutes . Hadn't taken the part out the office and they didn't want to reimburse my money and charged me a 25% fee to leave it there. If you can avoid this place

DO NOT TRUST THESE PPL.. THEY ARE ALL CROOKS.. asked me to put deposit and they did not delivered the part but refuse to refund my deposit which is always refundable.. I would have given these crooks -0 if I had an option.. Good luck if you go to these ppl..

The owners are from Africa they are a bit aggressive and non helpful at all

Was told they had cars there, when I showed up I found out they were already crushed even before I messaged the first time asking if it was still available. I shouldn’t be told a car is available if it’s already been crushed. I’ve bought (a radio surround) from them before and they’re always sky high on prices, even higher than OEM in some cases. I think they go on eBay, find the same part in better condition at the top of the market, then add 15% markup for the part you absolutely need from them even though it’s in bad condition, just because they know you need it. They also don’t tell you the price before you pull it. If the price is too high (like usual) they ended up getting free labor in return! Win win in their book! If you like having your time and money wasted make sure to see them!

Policy on refunds, "READ THE BACK OF YOUR RECIEPT", that is the answer I recieved from a man. The money was paid and the parts never recieved that day or ever. They take your money, make you go through your bank for refund, they dispute charges to get the money back, and make you go to court for your refund! That is not customer service. Part paid, part not recieved, and they refused to refund. No matter what, "READ THE BACK OF YOUR RECEIPT" was the only answer I got from a man who answered the phone. They will steal your money! Small companies have no right to behave this way at all. Just because they want too. What are they charging for anyway? What rights do they have to keep money for no products recieved? If I was the owner I would make sure my employees understand integrity is what a company is built on! I will make sure no one I know will never buy any parts from them ever again!

Wonderful service from the owners and a Hispanic gentleman! Very helpful with prices! Was a bit skeptical at first because of the reviews but when I went in they went above and beyond to service my needs! I will say that the only negative thing about this place is that they get a lot of angry customers because of other shops and it makes it seem like it’s them! I was in two weeks ago looking for a part and while I waited for them to check the car this customer came in claiming that they had over charged him about a part he had in his hand (what looked to be a filter of some kind) and literally tore this guy a new one! The guy explained to him that it wasn’t from his shop he had purchased it from and that they could not help him unfortunately. At this point I was a bit uncomfortable the way he (the angry customer) kept screaming at him (the employee) but they employee simply explained and said to look at his receipt and guess what!! As soon as he did this angry customer turned in to an embarrassed customer because he had indeed not purchased it there!!!! I was so shocked that he went thru all of that with a calm demeanor and STILL helped the customer after they went back to that other salvage place to return or exchange that part he had! I honestly can say that would have been above me at that point because I would not have handled it the same! Even though that customer could not say sorry enough! LITERALLY!!! Because of this and many other great customer service from these people is why I keep coming back and recommending left and right!

They list parts / cars on Facebook, then give you a phone number to "call for pricing." I called, some kid on the phone said "You have to be here, we don't quote parts on the phone" and hung up on me. This place is a scam.

I was lured in with a “free” part out of a car posted on FB Marketplace and as soon as I walked in and showed them the post and the guy I was talking to, that’s when the excuses came that the parts weren’t actually free. They pretended like it was an old post (it wasn’t) or they didn’t know the guy who posted it even though I see his name mentioned in other reviews. The one part they quoted me on was I believe more expensive than I can buy for retail so the whole trip was a waste of time and gas. The guy behind the counter yelled at me as I was walking out after I voiced my displeasure with the experience. Interesting business model to attract and retain customers.
- JJames Glover
The manager Greg has employees posting parts for sale below competitor's price and when called to verify the part I was told that it was posted @ wrong price. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about honoring the original price, I was put on a brief hold and then told that the part was no longer available! N0T good business practice! :(
- ttoñiofwtx
All I needed was a console latch from a car they posted on Facebook when I showed up in person they said I could only buy the whole center console which is ridiculous. The latch is only 8 dollars online! Don’t come here! They tell you one thing online and another when you’re there in person.

I am very satisfied with the good customer service, For example Nicky Ngozi the manager answered all my questions and treated me very nicely. He helped with a very good smile and he showed me a lot of patience to locate what I needed. Also Ian the mechanic went overboard to get the parts I needed and gave me a free tour to get to know the whole junkyard. He's passionate about cars and about helping others. I have a passion for cars and he made me feel like in a car show. I truly thank both of them for being so patient with me. Guys please come and visit Nicky and Ian and you will go home with all the parts that you need.

Like many others have complained, this place is managed extremely poorly and has the worst customer service I've experienced. "Return policy" is a joke. They would rather screw me out of $35 today than have me return and spend many multiples of that in future business. Hard to tell if it's greed or laziness, but this business is poorly run. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other salvage yard.
- TTonnny96
Not just bad, very bad customer service. Very rude personnel. You ask if they have a part or for prices over the phone and they don't wanna tell you, they will say "come check" just so they can get you in the door and sell you anything. Negative stars for this place.
- WWilliam Gaige
After having an issue with a part. I had trouble getting it corrected. Today the owner called me himself to ensure that I was taken care of as a customer. Thank you Mr Iheme for taking the time to listen to my issues and helping me getting them resolved. That's customer service.
- PPhillip Collins
I contacted them via email to see if they had a part on a certain vehicle and told me they didn’t keep track of those parts. It shouldn’t be that difficult for him to check the vehicle to see if it was on it or check other ones before he got back to me. Only giving 2 stars because he got back to me. Might as well haven’t. What good does it do for me by telling me they don’t keep track of those parts. Go check the f’n vehicle.
- rrobert moran
