I called got a price from them explained where we were they looked it up said they serviced the area twice a week was told I needed to get my own trash can with a bar on the back so the trucks could lift it I told them I was fine with that and that I would get it and call back to set up services as soon as I got the trash can and how we were looking forward to switching to them all to find out not two weeks later that they are dropping all of their customers here and not accepting new customers. It seems they should have known that and been able to give that information when we last spoke before I was assured that they would be able to get services started within a few days of me calling in and getting the tradh can.

We've recently relocated from out of state (but originally are from the south shore) and have NEVER experienced waste/disposal service like we have with Diamond. They are personable from the time they answer the phone (Hailey is so polite, informative, and patient) to the moment they pick up your trash. Everyone is happy, provides a pleasant experience. and are eager to help with any questions or requests you may have. The drivers go above and beyond to assist with trash pickup. One gentleman even let my husband add boxes while he was there - and he did it with a smile (didn't seem bothered or annoyed to assist, at all!) We also appreciate the communication Diamond takes time out to provide to their clients. We receive email alerts about delays due to traffic or weather --- like who does that these days?? We are simply blown away with the level of customer service with this company. Forget the big boy companies, guys. Diamond Waste and Disposal is the company you need to go with.

Diamond Waste and Disposal was an absolute pleasure to work with. A family member was moving and downsizing, and we ended up with a sizeable pile of old furniture, bags of papers, etc. A friend recommended Diamond's trailer drop off and I'm so glad they did. The young woman answering the phone patiently answered all my questions, and called the day of drop off to check in with us We got a call before the drop off to let us know the trailer was on its way. The couple that brought the trailer took great pains to make sure to place the trailer exactly where we needed it, while not running it through a small garden in the front. They were friendly and helpful and took the time to make sure we were happy with the trailer. The trailer itself was huge. It held a lot, including a large couch. We really like these guys. My past experience with trash pickups were the company would throw my cans to the side or even sometimes have them partially in the street. With Diamond Waste and Disposal, I no longer need to worry about that. They set my cans off to the side in my yard not in the driveway or in the road. Also, I appreciate that when I have a question, I receive an answer very quickly. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

I am very pleased with Diamond Disposal. The trash can is always placed on the side of my driveway, never blocking my driveway. I was with another company for years, but they decided to change their service … only pickup contents in the can, not extra bags neatly placed on the side of the can and increased the fee. Diamond will pick up contents of can plus any bags on the side. Another plus … LOCAL. The folks in the office are extremely helpful and kind.
