    I got my vehicle stuck in sand off of Duquesne near the border. Not only was it super remote and hard to find, but also dangerous for several reasons, but primarily the heat. It would also get super cold if I had to stay after the sun sets and I also had my dog with me. We had limited water, since I've made that trip several times without issue. José found me and winched me out. He also followed me to make sure I didn't get stuck again.Once I started driving, I heard a concerning noise. He saw me stop and check and let me know that it was sand in my brakes. He recommended a car wash. That did the trick.These folks know what they're doing. They are also fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Save their number in your phone.

    Transmission went out on our Honda Element in Rio Rico, 8PM, Diaz came quickly and towed the car to the shop in Tucson. Price was reasonable, driver was very professional. All around great service...

    THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!! ADOT LETTER SAYS DATE TOWED 8/30/17 AND THE DMV NOTICE WASN'T UNTIL 12/29/17!! I GOT THE LETTER ON 1/9/18. AND THEY WANT $3,340!! HA! THEY SAY THEY MADE THE NOTIFICATION WITHIN 30 DAYS. THAT WOULD BE 9/30/17 NOT 12/29/17 DUMBASS
