Absolutely horrible service. The people who work there are nice but the owner is absolutely awful. Came out yelling at us and his employee while we had our kids with us because he didn't want our "dirty" cans which literally only had leaves on them from sitting under the tree in the bin. I feel bad for his employees because it's obvious from other reviews, and by the way his employee dealt with it, that this is a normal thing.

Friendly staff, but the pricing is horrible. They will scam you out of your clean copper. They call it clean when your putting it on the scale, but when they hand you the paper work. It's #2, and instead of dirty brass its breakage. Place is a joke. I brought the largest load I've ever had in, and and got paid half the price. Save yourself the time and the headache and go somewhere else where they have knowledgeable staff that's willing to pay you properly for your scrap. Only came here because of Florida recycling stop accepting copper and brass.

These guys are pretty good... They get you in and out without to much hassle. I have gone here several times with my aluminum i have left over from my pool enclosure business. I see allot of people complaining about clean and unclean pricing. If you take it there clean you wont have an issue. You take it there dirty you get the dirty price.. They are a business they arent going to give you more than what you deserve. Best prices.. And will continue to bring my scrap aluminum there.

That Freaking Guy

Gave them a call to inquire about how to do something I’ve never done before. You know, so I don’t waste their time or mine. The one minute phone call turned out to be a waste of my time. Guy was rude, and when I asked a follow up question he said “I just said that”.I work in customer service, if I ever answered using that line I would be fired on the spot. Especially within the first 30 seconds of the conversation with a customer that was unfamiliar with the process. Not to mention I was being very polite.Anyway, be warned. These people hate their job more than you hate dealing with them. Have fun

Quick and efficient. Nearly ever staff member is friendly and helpful other than the lady at the scale. They need to put her somewhere else where her interaction with the public is limited. Acts like doing her job is a chore and you should be grateful for her time.

A buddy and I found this place a couple weeks ago. After being scalped by other local scrap yards, it’s nice to see one paying fair prices. The icing on the cake was the service. These guys are polite and respectful, as long as your not a Jacka**, and courteous. Not sure why some reviews say it’s confusing. It’s pretty strait forward when you pull around to the scales. Cudos to Bill in the office. Great experience here and we will both be using your facilities from now on. Thanks again.

Their customer service is very dry. (Not so nice) but I feel like the more you use their services the nicer they get.They definitely go by the book. Very strict when it come to copper, brass, and aluminium. For get AC unit unless you have a receipt or a letter head stating that it belongs to you.

Started going here a couple of years back not sure on exact time frame But being new to the scrap metal business I found that all the Employees the young lady at the scales and I do believe Bill the gentleman inside behind the glass especially have been very helpful to me and explained to me what brought better money to me on scrap about what clean and how to clean so I would not loose money also. I also made another good college football friend seems me and the gentleman behind the glass a fans of the same team! See you guys real soon and thanks for your help!

Bill, the manager is very pleasant to work with as with most of the team at Dominion. There is one person that spoils that but overall a good experience. They pay more than other local recyclers. In fact they pay twice as much for steel and tin as my previous choice of local recyclers.
