Yesterday I called for back seats and seat belts for my car. The guy I spoke with told me to pick up today and they close at 4:30. So my boyfriend just now picked up the seats at 1pm. The seats were left outside since yesterday and are soaken wet!!! I called and asked why if he knew and was agreed upon that I coming in today and pick up WHY WOULD THEY BE LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN?! He told me they had limited space in the shop! I said why wouldnt u leave them inside the car when its been raining and wet out for 2 days common sence right??? Im very upset and think that was very unprofessional they are SEATS CUSHION COTTON & FABRIC!!! THANKS ALOT FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Very disappionted at least they could have given a discount! Dont even deserve a STAR
