They over charge. Even if you know your vehicle is there they charge you a 30$ notification certified letter charge.

They overcharge when they have to tell your vehicle and then if they are impounding your vehicle they charge you 10 times the normal amount do not let this company have anything to do with you or your vehicle cuz you will lose it every time

This is my first one star rating. I give this rating to this place because of the total lack of professionalisms shown to me while conducting business. This place seems to be ran by 1 man and his dogs. This being said, the dogs seem to have better manners than the guy running the place. I have never heard of a towing company that is only open 9am-5pm. After being told that I had to have insurance on my vehicle to get my belongings, and then to be charged more than i have ever heard of anyone being charged, then to be treated like common trash was what i am calling unprofessional. I do not recommend anybody to ever use this place. And if you have the unfortunate pleasure of using this place please remember that the dogs have better business sense than the owner.
