Had to switch from kb trash to the bag lady due to poor service from kb trash. The lady on the phone was very helpful and nice. There are also times where I get up too late to take the trash to the curb and these wonderful workers go up to the house to get it. I'm so appreciative for them! Very affordable trash service! Wonderful service. We moved outside city limits, and the only option that we knew of was Republic who charged $45 per month for one pick up per week, plus they charged a $120 deposit at the beginning for a trash container. The bag lady was double the pick-ups (twice per week) and about half the price at $25 per month. They pick up 3 bags per pickup which is about what I could fit in the Republic trash can, and they'll pick it up whether I put it in a trash can or not. The pick-ups are very reliable--they've never missed one. I think if they advertised more, they'd have a monopoly on garbage service around here. Highly recommended.

Great service. Cheaper than Republic and picks up twice a week instead of once. Just wish there was an online payment option.

Worst customer service ever. She's very rude. No matter how nice you try to be. Every single phone call with her is uncomfortable. She told me that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. And I hadn't even finished my sentence with her. I just wanted to know why they didn't pick up. When you first start using their service, they will tell you they pick up even on Holidays. That's untrue. She was very very ugly to me. I have never been spoken to that way by any business owner. I hope they change their attitude. A blessing for me because I found someone else and she was a really really sweet lady. I think we will be much happier now.

I've been with the bag lady for YEARS, they are cheap, and do pick up 2xs a week, But when Harvey hit Rockport they could careless if you were back home or not they wanted there MONEY even if you don't have trash out by the road or a home to live in... I called and the lady was RUDE and even YELLED at me because I was explaing I just got back into our home and they still try and charge you for nothing, mind you we just had a MAJOR disaster. One name I have for this company is HEARTLESS! I'd rather pay 100$ for different trash service over being treated so badly by a company that only cares about MONEY over the value of their customers! If I could give zero stars I would this company is disgusting!

Bad person to work for the old lady is controlling impolite and doesn’t care about your trash only her payment she complains about picking up your trash and she’s a horrible person to work for her own family don’t want to work for her any questions ask me I’ll tell you believe me she’s a witch
