Maria front receptionist was extremely rude. She didnt care for customer service, and did not know what she was talking about. She does not know her product what so ever. And i was being patient and nice to her. I would rate this place a 0 if i could! Never going to then again. And if they would replace her, i would bring more people with me to spend on this business

Great experience called them to see if they had a part they looked it up on the computer and told me that they had it whenever I went there couple of days later I called first they remembered who I was and explain the process to me when I got there I paid for the part they brought it out put it in the truck for me can I come home I will be a return customer

I got a ac compressor from them and it didn't last the 30 days but i was 2 days over on the 30 day replacement and they said no so I have to spend 150 somewhere else on one when I could have got a new for the money that I am now having to spend

The place was going to sell me a window regulator for $75 but when I diagnosed the issue and determined it was just the switch they said they can only sell me the whole door for $350! The guy seemed like he had no idea what I was talking about but in retrospect they were trying to get the most from me. Not recommend due to poor professionalism, retaliatory for not buying the most expensive part, and lack of knowledge.

Gave me parts that was not for my vehicle rude and very unprofessional

I always try to shop from local businesses to help and support our community but these people make me want to buy parts online. Customer service here is horrible, I called several times and they finally picked up on the 4th try. They always answer the phone very rude, they get so mad when you ask questions to confirm if that is the right part i need. I would give them 0 stars if i could. Very disappointed in this place.

They wouldn't replace the wrong part they sold me

I found them through Stockdale auto sale car dealership off of Stockdale next door to frosty freeze, Great prices, The woman answered the phone and found the part i need in less than 35 seconds, Like she was expecting my call. I went to location, Huge dismantling location, They need to install wood pieces as umbrella's, I didn't wait long but I barely was able to breathe, The sun burnt the hell out of me. Do you have to struggle with heat and dust to be able to buy from dismantling companies? A very long piece of wood will cover the customers and make it more pleasant while waiting at least.Anyways, Showed up mentioned car year, Make and model, Don't forget to mention the model precisely like 3.0 SE automatic and exact part if it's electric or not.
