I recently returned a tire rim to this auto salvage yard for a refund after discovering it was defective. (rims tugged at the tire and caused damage) . Concerned , I brought it back and politely explained the issue expecting a courteous resolution. To my shock, the staff blatantly called me a liar to my face. Despite my calm and respectful approach. I have never had a practice of lying and had no reason to lie fin this case. I was able to get my refund back . I've never felt so humiliated as a customer at any establishment in all my 60 years. This experience was not only unprofessional but deeply upsetting. Needless to say , I will not be returning to this business and would advise others to think twice=e before purchasing here

I had a good experience at this establishment. The folks inside were very friendly and helpful. They had what I needed and got it removed from the donor vehicle promptly. Contacted me when the part was ready. I came and picked it up. They had it waiting for me inside the building. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the front entryway to the property needs to be better maintained for customer vehicles.

Great, just make a list of the parts you need and likely they will take care of pulling them for you Take cash as well it'll be a bit cheaper instead of cards Super awesome!! Not as cleaned out as other salvage yards

I purchased a daylight running time relay from Eagle Mountain Salvage and was dealing with Edgar over the phone, not only was he super helpful, he called me back within 30 minutes to let me know they had the part, it was waiting for me when I got there, he gave me a one time exchange which I didn't need because the part fixed my car and his pricing was very good, they even beat out Ebay and the other salvage yards in the area. I will be using them again. Thanks to your whole team!

Very nice staff. Good prices. Definitely suggest going here. It's my 3rd time going in the last 4 months. Repairs to my brothers 2003 F350 Super Duty V10. They have had all requested parts for good prices$$

It is one of the best junkyard in the DFW area. They are always one of my first choices for accurate parts description and reasonable prices.

Buyer Beware. Apparently they charge a 25% restock fee, when you try to return something back. On the invoice it states, No refunds, but they will do an exchange. **The only reason I did an exchange was so that I would NOT have to come back to this place. Any notice listed on the entrance should be relayed by staff and listed on the invoice. No restocking WAS fee listed on the invoice. Guess they add fees whenever they want to.

I don’t leave reviews. But when it comes to this place, I have to. The greatest ladies run this yard. They have knowledge that puts most to shame. The prices cant be beat. They pull the correct part every time. Another great thing. If they say they have it, believe them. They don’t broker like 95% of other yards in the DFW area. Their Honesty, Attitude and Integrity is far higher than I could ask for. Thank you Ladies.

These people are shady scam artists. They sold us a bad transmission refused to take it back, claiming it wasn’t theirs. The owner, Crystal, claims that they put their stamps on it, but they delivered it unstamped. Very unprofessional and hung up on us as well instead of resolving. I’ve been in business for 17 years and never seen anything like this happen. After this happened we were told by two other people that the same thing happened to them. Another vendor stated that he purchased an engine over the phone from them. When he showed up to pick it up, they said that they had sold it, but refused to refund his money. He had to file a credit card dispute to get it back. A friend of ours said that he had made a purchase, then tried to return it the same day. They told him that the items he had weren't what they'd sold to him even though he had a receipt and refused to take them back and issue a refund. It seems there is a clear pattern of defrauding customers here.

I have been dealing with them for over 20 years, They always treated me good and have good prices. They deliver to me which is very helpful. They brought me parts a second time when I ordered the wrong part to 1st time, which was my fault. They didn't even charge me extra for driving to me a second time.

I have mixed reviews regarding Eagle Mountain Salvage. In the past, I have went there for something as simple as a tire or wheel and had been left waiting for 3+hours for them to pull it, and let me know it was ready. The employees back then were short, and kind of rude. I would have rated it 1or 2 stars just a couple years back. However, the last two purchases I have made from there were prompt, and the customer service has been outstanding. The prices are fair (especially since they pull the part for you), and wait time has decreased drastically. I recommend waiting in line of the blonde female sales associate for assistance as she knows her stuff, and gets things done! This place has went from a 2 star to a 4 star primarily because of her customer service skills.

Although another person from another salvage yard advised me not to go to Eagle Mountain Auto Salvage, I did anyways. I was pleasantly surprised!!!! I drove over 800 miles from Denver, CO to get a door from here and another from a salvage yard in the Fort Worth area. The Staff here were great, not only did they have my door ready and waiting for me when I arrived, they went above and beyond to help me track down the other door I needed when the other salvage yard I was also doing business with screwed me over and didn't have the part I needed. Crystal and Kristen the owners even went as far as spending a lot of time to track down the other door I needed from yet another salvage yard in Texas. They were not getting any compensation for helping me.. They felt bad that the other place messed up and they helped me check everywhere around the area, so I could a door that matched the color code I needed. They may not always have what you need, but they will try to help you find it, even if it is with another company. To me, that shows they care about their customers and will go to any length to help if they can. Lastly, They even let me borrow a couple tools I was missing to swap out the door on my vehicle since I was swapping out the door in their parking lot. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!!!!

Needed a tailgate for a Dodge Ram. Called them in the AM, and they stated that they had seven or eight for me to look at and quoted me price. Got there about 1500, everybody was pleasant and polite. About a five minute wait for the parts picker to come in from the yard, and he invited me to come out and look with him. Went right to the appropriate area and found one I liked. He helped me put the new one (well, new to me) on. Have used them before, and will use them again. Very positive experience; highly recommend.

Husband says very clean. Helpful staff! And most importantly, they had the part we needed! AND they pulled it. For what we paid including their labor it was well worth it! Hubby says we will come back again.

Deceitful and dishonest to say the least. Customer service is nonexistent with these dirtbags. If you're wearing rags or a three-piece suit you should be treated as a customer I'm not a nuisance. The old man behind the counter where the most unhelpful I have ever seen. Let me explain how it went down. When I walked in there was one person being helped at the computer by one of the old men and the other three workers along with two parts pullers I guess we're just chatting away. No greeting no offer to help instead of wait just dead stares all around. On the phone when I call for a part and they tell me the price is this in when I get there they failed to mention that they're going to add tax but I guess that one's on me and then when I get the part they want my Old one which I am still using so I have to go out in the parking lot and pulled off in the hot sun and then when it's taking me too long around 4 o'clock they tell me we close at 5:30 and you have to be out of the gates. And then to top it off I ask for the part that I've broke taking off the part that they want back and I'm not sure what it's called and they have no clue so I asked him can I buy the one on the car that you pulled my part from and was told no that I would have to buy the whole engine. Don't waste your money or time here at this trash location.

Can a wrecking yard be 5 star? Yes it can. All the workers were great help and worked to find exactly what we needed. Pricing was fair. Service was great. Now, I wasn't greeted with a hot towel and massage at the door, but maybe they can work on that. 😜 But, I cake over 20 different salvage yards in DFW and they were by far the best and worked the hardest to get my business.

I don't understand how this place gets any business at all. I've never heard anything good about this place and never knew the full extent of how bad it was until I experienced it for myself. The two blondes stand up at the counter like trolls guarding their gold, looking as if they're watching disgusting little bugs, ready to swat at them as they crawl through the door, begging for a part. They literally could NOT care less if you buy from them or not. They're evil, rude, horrible people and yes you will pay dealership prices for junk. I definitely recommend going next door. They are very friendly, enjoyable people who are there to actually help you.

I went 4 week's trying to fix my back end differential on my jeep. I went back and forth a month trying to do this elsewhere. In one trip I was able to fix everything. The price to do so was exceptional. I had Auto shops state between $1350-$3500. I did it for $399.?? Thank you, Eagle Mountain Salvage.....

Beware! If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would!!! Proceed as your own risk, this is your warning!!! Kristen and This Company are crooks. We purchased a good used low mileage engine several months back. Upon inspection, we noticed the engine was locked up and would not spin a full revolution. I called them and told Kristen we received a bad unit. Kristen gladly accepted the engine for return, sent someone out to pick it up and said they would inspect the unit, verify and issue credit accordingly. All part of the warranty process. Normal stuff. Well several weeks later, after not hearing back from them, I had to call them and I was shocked!!! Kristen told me they did not find anything wrong with the engine and would not issue the credit. Not even with a "restocking fee". When I requested the engine back, they got defensive and denied me the engine I have already paid for. I even offered to pay another delivery charge. But Kristen said she would not send the engine back and they don't even have another one to sell me!! Why not? A good engine you received back just weeks ago, an engine you have already been paid $1000 for and it is now not available? Why is it not in inventory to sell again if it is a good engine and there are no problems? I told Kristen I didn't care if it was bad, I wanted the engine back and I would even drive over and get it. She refused and Kristen told me to "SUE HER" if I wanted the engine and my $1,000 back! I know we are dealing with a junk yard after all, and that goes a long way when considering the caliber of people we are talking about, but when Kristen did what she did, it was just criminal. There are too many junk yards out there to choose from so I suggest you Take Your Business Somewhere Else!!!!

Rude people that work there. I called and asked for a rim, and some dude told me he didn’t have any. So I said ok. Then my mom called the same place asking for the same rim and a lady said they had it. Why would the guy lie for? Lazy maybe? So I get there, and the dude that I talked to is on the phone and he’s speaking to a customer and is being rude. Telling them to “speak English only, I can’t understand you, I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Rude customer service. And when I walked in, they just stared at me, no welcome or greeting. Won’t be going back.

Nice professional place very helpful and knowledgeable in person but on the phone he was rude. He was just trying to hard to sell what they have and discredit a rebuilt part. I ended up going to them just because I didn't want to wait on it to get here
