We have been customers of Boxx for the last 3 years. We are VERY happy with their service. However, our dumpster was not picked up on the scheduled time today as it was "blocked". This is not true. The driver pulled into the parking lot, and pulled back out (I watched it on the security camera) I call Boxx immediately, after he pulled out of the driveway, and they said the driver was "long gone" from our location. This is the 4th time this year this has happened. They refused to send the driver back. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems as if the service is lacking this year.As a business owner, I do understand that these times are extremally difficult. Especially with employees, so I do have empathy, but the lack of attempting to make the situation right, and just saying "too bad", was a bit off putting.

Ever since they switched to the garbage truck doing the picking up of the trash receptacles, I come home in the afternoon to my trash receptacles strewn all over the sidewalk, tipped over, etc. Last week there was a bag of trash that got stuck and it was left on the sidewalk. I cancelled my trash service with them today. They asked what my reason was and after explaining the situation they just said, “okay.” No apology or offer to improve. PS. They still use the Provyro trash receptacles, that’s why it is not Boxx in the picture.Service: Junk removal

Lazy!!!! Everytime they empty our apartment buildings dumpsters they leave them open and leave them halfway in the alley, they don't even attempt to put them in the fenced in area where they're supposed to go. So if I want to turn left into the alley or just see if a car is coming from the left I have to move them.

The girls in customer service are very rude and big mouths. Not a professional calling center. When I call I feel like I’m talking with street girls

Do not go thru this company. Drivers are very rude just throw the trash cans in the middle of drive way and often times the driver let's trash go everywhere and doesn't pick it up and the mangers at the office are rude when we tell them this do not go thru them

They are more expensive than other garbage service providers. The customer service is lacking they want to blame the customer for their drivers not picking up the bin, that was out there the night before pick up day, waiting for them. They aren’t worth the price, go with a different companyGot a bigger bin than the tiny one boxx offers for $3 more with waste management!

Second straight week that boxx hasn't picked up my cardboard boxes. I followed their rules. Now I will have 3 weeks worth of boxes so I'm sure they'll charge me extra even though the only reason I have a lot is they didn't pick it up. Boxx Sanitation offers single stream recycling, which lets you put all recycling into a single bin, with no sorting required. Rinse and flatten items when you can to conserve space. If cardboard doesn't fit in the 18 gallon recycling bin, break it down to a 3' x 3' size and place it alongside or underneath the bin to make sure we get it to the recycling station.

I always pay on time. They forget to get my trash, and are always really late to get it if they do. They never answer or call me back.

I had pro viro for years with no issues. Lived in minneapolis with 0 overages. Some weeks, I went over on recycling but the vast majority I was under. Within the first year of Boxx, I've been charged multiple overage fees. In the past, I wouldn't put cardboard outside on rainy days, snowy days to save hassle for the pickup person. Not anymore, because I risk overage fees for being considerate. Use a different company
