I have always had very good experiences with Conrad's and actually have been a customer in one way or another for for 20 years I also get a military discount of 10% on what I buy and I don't have to go all the way to Mondovi to get my park because I'll bring them into Altoona so that is a very helpful facts And I can hope to continue with them for many more years. Not good customer service. I called looking for information about them picking up a vehicle to salvage and I was basically getting the feeling that my questions were annoying to the guy I was talking to. I have no idea about this company but I absolutely felt I was bothering the guy and that is not a good experience for any customer.
