No complaints: they get it done and respond. What more could you ask for (one thing, that they carry three-gallon gas cans because one gal just doesn't do much sometimes). I'm a frequent flyer now after some work on my truck that require tows up and down El Camino. Felix is a good guy is all I can say.

Need to treat there employees with respect. These boys work hard quit short changing them. Pay them what there worth pay there holidays overtime and there lunch since you don’t give them one. This company is not fair and cheat people in more ways then one. I do not recommend working for them those boys make your money not you. Thank you Happy Holiday

My car was completely dead with no warning at all. Our roadside assistance contacted Ed's Towing, and in short order, Ken arrived. He was able to tighten a loose battery cable, but advised us to get it repaired soon as it was ready to break. He even gave us a recommendation on where to take the car. He was great!
