Updated Review.... with the Sunnyvale store closing I have actually been forced to use the store. I will say this the service and the friendliness has definitely improved. The last three times I was there the people behind the counter were very helpful and friendly. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were very polite and put the part on hold for me. I've increased the rating from 2 to 4 stars. So far so good. Below is my old review. I left it intact. Things change . So, they deserve the appropriate review. Again,it's just my opinion. Hope your experiences are pleasant.I actually try to use the one Sunnyvale most of the time. This one is close to my house. So, occasionally I have to use the store. But I prefer to use the store in Sunnyvale because they are very friendly there. I do not like the mountain view store at all. You'll see the difference when you go in. When you go into the Sunnyvale store they will ask you, hey, can I help you are looking for anything in particular? They will ask you if you need anything. The mountain view store is the complete opposite...

I get all my auto parts and oil additives at this location,the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful close to highway 237 and on the main road of ElCamino Real.

The, what they have. The pretty close to my house. The because of what happened. The we are able to resolve the automobile: ailment.

First off thank you Gustavo!!! I came in the other day thinking I had a dead car battery and the staff helped me choose the best option. It worked perfectly and I came back the next day with my car. Gustavo helped check my battery and alternator. And was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me change my battery. Just incredible service.I definitely recommend everyone come here if they need anything.

I was looking for a brake hose that always oreilly help me polite to find it out but this time 1:20pm 10 Nov! The guy said i dont have time to look for what your looking! Easy! With out any excuse!

Joshua at the grant store is great at communicating what you need for and oil change I didn't even think about gloves, rags or an oil funnel until he mentioned it... he saved my husband a big mess so he was great full...

"Ast. Manager" was not helpfully at all. First I called and talked with him. He told me to come in. I went in to purchase battery in store as he told me to, but then would not honor the " SHINE15" which did not work on line. I ended up paying full price as I really needed it. Not please with the lack of support and service at this location.

It seems they don't have their inventory under control. I went there to look for a small item after checking online that it was available. I came there to find not only that item missing (a employee was not even able to find it in their storage) but that many holders in the isles were empty.

For a location with no customers the 15 minutes I was inside they are very slow, you get better service if you call them apparently.
