The only scrap yard I have used in the last ten year's

I called ahead of time and was told that they closed at 4:30 I arrived right at 4:19 and was told they were closed. I told them I called and y'all stayed y'all closed at 4:30 , they refused service. I understand people have families and deserve to be off on time, but if that's the case then maybe start telling the customers you close ten minutes earlier than 4:30. Other people have lives to and we have things to get done as well so satisfying your customers should be a key to not just thinking bout what the employees have to do. Both should be respected. Without customers you want have business and without the workers you want have help.

I arrived before closing time and was told they're closed. I had called ahead and they stated as long as i was there before 4:30 I would be fine. I drove 20 plus miles and they refused to provide service to me. Stated, "we're closed". I explained how far I drove and that I needed this scrap out of my car she they were unsympathetic. Very bad experience! Very rude.

Ive showed up 10mins before closin an they helped me with what i had never had one problem with but anyway i shouldnt have showen up right a closin but the help but people need to wait right at last min. either to show up!!!!

Ellison's is the only place I will go to scrap if they are not open we just wait until they are.. Eric knows what he is doing.. *THEY ARE THE BEST*
