A very well stocked auto parts store, most things well organized prices average for that type store, helpful clerks a nice store.

They was smartasses and the assistant manager Bill was not very nice should not have a job there just saying want ever go back to that part store

They are very nice and helpful. I could not get my hood open. They probably should have laughed at me but they just opened it. They asked me if I needed anything else. Luckily I did know how to put the oil in. 🤪

They have gotten a lot better over the years and actually pretty knowledgeable and helpful now.This past weekend I went to Advanced which has gotten really bad over the last year and the guy said If the part I needed wasn’t on the shelf back there then they couldn’t get it. So I went to Oreillys and the guy looked on the shelf and said he didn’t have it, but then he spent the next 10 minutes on the computer looking up every single part until he found the ones I needed. Awesome service and will def be using them over the other stores now.

Great service and friendly people

I like O'Reilly and I shop there all the time. Their staff is good and friendly. They are some what knowledgeable about the parts they sell. I have gotten the wrong part a couple of times. They are still cheaper than anywhere else. They will also match the price from anyone else, if they are lower.

Left another unarmed parts house unsatisfied and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with 'welcome to orillys can I help you" now that's a parts house.in less than 5 minutes I had my part and out the door.thanks guys

Some of the employees are rude, but other than that, they will get you what you need.

O'Reilly was the only parts store in Clanton that had the air filter for my Jeep Cherokee. The price was a bit steep, but I can't really complain since my option was to order online and wait for several days.
