Police dispatched service after accident, not a fan of wheel drag wreckers, prefer flat beds. Driver was prompt and professional but did not readily offer delivery options, just assumed it would go to their lot. Prices were very exorbitant, probably by design, 23 hour storage got "2 day" service charge. There are wrecker services I use by choice, this is not one that will be on that list. Office staff was polite, professional, and courteous so not a horrible ordeal. They just have you over a barrel and they know it.

Wait time in line to speak to someone at the desk was more than 15 minutes. On arriving at my towed vehicle due to a wreck hit on the passenger side that caused vehicle undriveable I found long scratches curly slashes/scratches on the driver side that were not on the vehicle when it was hit. Car was originally pristeen on all sides of vehicle before the hit and still pristine on driver side after the wreck. Pictures were taken of both sides of vehicle immediately after the wreck proving there were no gashes or slash marks on driver side. I have all of them on my phone & have informed my ins Co. Could only have been done in/during towing.

Honestly, I'd rather B&B in euless hold on to.my car then some of the other places iv delt with. The women in the office are sweet, and even though it qas a difficult time for us, they helped us laugh at our selves. And the guy in the golf cart, I'm gonna hit you up about that flea market and auction stuff. Best believe.. thanks B&B

First time I’ve needed there assistance. I sold my truck and trailer. Needed to load the new owners pickup on the trailer. We went to B&Bs yard and they loaded it on a rollback and drove it on the trailer. We went to pay for assistance, no charge! Super nice people! If I ever need a wrecker I’ll be calling B&B. Thanks for the help.

If you wanna get their attention, call instead of going in person. WORST customer service EVER. They say their phones have priority. We were standing there for 30 mins without ANYONE acknowledging us! Then, they took ANOTHER 45 mins to type in credit card information, bc the woman kept answering the phone!! 6 ppl there, but somehow the only woman doing anything is doing everything?!?! If you need to come here, just go ahead & call them while your in the lobby. It'll get you helped faster. 🙄
