Reached out to Express Auto Parts via car-part.com's chat feature and was quickly messaged back by a gentleman named Jeff. Answered all of my questions and, while there weren't any photos available online, Jeff offered to send photos via text message. He provided his honest feedback on the part, which in this case was a hood.Paid them a visit this past Saturday and was quickly greeted by a friendly gentleman at the counter, who offered to walk me out to the car and let me inspect the hood myself. Within minutes, the folks at Express Auto Parts had the hood removed from the car and loaded into my vehicle. Painless!Fair prices & excellent service by all. Oh, and the lobby smelled like delicious breakfast tacos!If/when ever I'm in need of parts, this is the first place I'll check. Well worth the drive from La Porte.

Great experience at this place. They had the car to pick parts from that I was looking for. Took all the parts off and had ready for me within reasonable time. The parts I bought were window regulator (not pictured), car antenna, tire splash guard. Parts were installed and worked perfectly. Definitely reccommend

Juan the counter parts guy knows where the parts are an for reasonable prices. Some parts are not on site they maybe at a storage lot but Juan knows just ask.

Held up to their promise of selling me a running motor, wish the wouldnt have powerwashed it so i could have seen the major oil leaks that the engine had before i put it in the car. I am now outside of the warranty period and have no recourse

Imperial Trace Run ITR

Not a good place to do business...bad experience. Put a deposit...and ended up getting it back. Shows lack of commitment to customer service. In my opinion they deserve zero but a two star is more or less what's fair.

If you can't find a part in Houston this place will have it or locate it for you. The only downside of this place is that they say they open at 8 a.m. which they never do. I've been there several times at 8 a.m. and had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes before they even open the gate to get inside. But other than that it's well worth the wait.

I have not actually been here, but Jafar was VERY helpful, and had EXACTLY what I needed, and at a VERY good price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
